2018 is not the best year for traders. That is why some crypto enthusiasts pay attention to blockchain games: you play and you earn. As they say. And I see some news in crypto community: more and more people get interested in blockchain games.

But I'm not sure if it's really possible to earn on blockchain games. Some say it is possible. This article says so https://gameunculus.io/blog/101

And what do you think? Is it possible?

I'm curious on blockchain game because this is the first time I heard it and what kind game are there. Actually, there are many ways to earn in blockchain technologies and I think it is also possible in blockchain games. I will try to play blockchain games because I want to collect more bitcoins.

It would be really great if there are some games that I love to play that allows me to be payed by crypto, but I guess it would just be some silly games.

I think that games on the blockchain are one of the easiest ways to use the blockchain at this stage of technology development.

Due to shifting attitudes towards the feasibility of blockchain technologies and the intent of most companies and investors to hedge their bets, projects that pair the potential that blockchain offers through decentralization with a low-risk business model such as gambling is starting to become much more popular moving forward. I think anything is possible in this crypto space. I'm currently playing Apollo Club which I believe has huge potential depending on the devs. But I'm optimistic that  better block chain game projects will emerge soon.

i haven't really see any increased interest in "blockchain games" mostly because there aren't any proper ones and not to mention earning from any of them has always been a big waste of time.

Exactly! Making money from games has always been a waste of time. Developers can't afford to pay people to play their games. Winning tournaments requires hours put into the game then again there is no guarantee that you will win. The only way to make money while playing video games is by making videos and streaming them live. The only thing worthy in the article was about becoming a writer/expert on blockchain gaming, which isn't that hard TBH. If you understand how tokens/smart contracts work you can pretty easily write articles on blockchain gaming. But to answer your question OP, Start recording videos of yourself playing games you know and upload them to youtube. That's the only guaranteed way of making money while playing games.

that is a good idea btw

The bitcoin market has been so low most part of the year and the problem has been with the attack from the various governments and will never blame any trader that has pause trading based on the the market situation. If the blockchain games has come to the rescue then we will move in to make some change.
Thanks for the opportunity.

I'm glad it's useful for you

what do you mean blockchain games? is this a game that we can use to get some bitcoin and money? if yea i think you should know that your game is not a gambling site, because if it is a gambling site i think you will get losses

gambling and blockchain games are very different. gambling is not a game.

this sounds more like an attempt for the developers of such systems to make money from those who try their "game" out. for example the blockchain based games that we have been seeing in recent years have been ICO tokens on platforms such as ethereum and they were  created so that the token can gain some value so that the developer can dump and make money.

There are faucet that relatively earn bitcoin. Just use the search button here in this forum so that you will be directed to those faucet games. But, be sure not to get addicted on some point of those games because it will let you buy BTC to continue your game and this is how those blockchain games earn.

I think it's too impossible to have blockchain games that a user could really earn. There are too many smartphone apllications that offers free satoshis for every hour or certain minutes yet doesn't really worth it until you invest a certain amount and ends up being a scam.

Ideas that might be considered as a blockchain game:
Educational game which teaches things about blockchain technology and pays users who answers extreme sets of questions that also have ads to be used as a price
Or a game that is too addictive hence must show ads to gain money from sponsors and use that money as price.

Therefore its too impossible to make a game on phone which mines crypto. Yes it is far possible, but not effective.

Even if I don't have to play in any games in bitcoin I'm sure all aspects in terms of profit income of bitcoin since the December 2017 until now November 2018 is not good result  because all of value of bitcoin is only one source. so I hope you analyzed the situation but playing games with bitcoin and with income of course is better than nothing.

If you look closely at those so-called Blockchain based games, then you will see that they are using their own token for these games. You need to buy some counter party token and then use that in their games and then when you earn these tokens, you have to trade them on dodgy exchanges for bitcoins.

Most of these exchanges have low volumes and not a lot of people are buying these tokens, so you are stuck with worthless tokens.  Roll Eyes The activity in these games are also very low, so the earn potential is also very low.  Tongue

And what do you think? Is it possible?

things like this are never possible simply because "play a game and earn money" never works. who is going to pay you to play a game? what would they gain from it? and a lot of other questions that when you ask them you can see that it all falls apart.
so far I have seen people call things "game" that aren't actually games. mostly are waste of time that pay dust while abusing you to earn more themselves.

I think the article says right, those 4 ways could make you earn bitcoin. The trading is one of the best for me, if you find the right time or if you go to altcoin market, if you find a good coin you can make lots of money. I have done this before but i also lost in some coins too. I also worked as bounty hunter, i made good ammount of coins there but let me tell you this statistic, i worked in more than 300 bounty campaigns, arround 120 was scam and the ICO's didn't do well, the other 180 paid but usually betwwen $30-50, only 2 of them paid me great, one was Docademic and the other one was Lympo.
