I only see a rant with that post of OP. You are asking how the money will come into your bitcoin wallet? this is a general question that how you shall earn money in this world, the bitcoin realm, and also in the real world.
There's no other way to get money if you don't have a job. If you are jobless, find one and get to earn your salary. That's simply how it is, no need to rant but you need to start with yourself and avoid ranting as if the world is cruel to you. There are plenty of unfortunate people that are even in a worse situation.

A real job is what really makes us successful and having a job that is in lined with our passion is really much effective and the best way to earn money.

You are in the wrong place if you are looking for a job, this is not a company but a forum where people exchange opinions about cryptocurrencies. What you have heard and misinterpreted is that Bitcoin is magic money and that we share it here like candy that children get in kindergarten.

Some people sell a variety of things, others provide web and graphic design services, some are bounty/signature campaign managers, some are moderators, some promoting different services in their signatures.

If you have a skill can offer to other member here, you can try to open it. You can be a community manager, designer, translator or anything as far as you are good and have a skill on that. If not, just try to learn something that you can offer here later/in the future. Stop thinking about $100 a day or a week because all member here have own journey. I'm sorry to trash your post but Bitcointalk do not have an obligation to give you a job here, it's not how this forum works, this is a forum where we talk about Cryptocurrency advancement and adoption, if you want to participate in a bounty campaign it's your job to find one for yourself, with the so many scam projects it's not anybody's obligation here to find you one and get the blame if the project you got from recommendation is a scam one.

Everything starts from scratch you will experience hardship in life, if your outlook in life is to whine about your current situation, and it's hard you don't have anything to eat, remember you can see someone in the street got nothing to eat, but you, I'm sure you are not in their shoes, you have internet, you have a computer for sure, what old member is saying is you have to work hard make things better in your stay in bitcointalk and those what you envision will come sooner or later.
It is worth considering if you want to get a job to make money I think applications from your area are more appropriate than forums with newbie accounts far from being likely to make money every month.

Hey, no money to show. This forum doesn't hire people, doesn't host any skill courses, doesn't promise $100/day earnings like you'd expect. As for the people who earn through this forum are people who are employed by other people who happen to know each other from here, they also have their own skills that are not studied in this forum.

You have to let go of the entitled you feel, the forum owes you nothing. It isn't a platform to generate income for you that's something you should get your ass off the couch and go figure things out in the real world. Let go of the myth of getting rich just because you're associating yourself with bitcoin as if you still have a mindset of a poor individual, it won't make much difference in the industry. The mindset of waiting on things to get handled over to you is a poor mentality. Nobody make it to the top that way and if luck is on your said and you do make it to the top, chances are you can't couple up there and would likely go back down.
