Hi, everyone! I hope that nothing bad will happen to you and your business like it happened to me. I know it was my mistake... I trusted an infamous coin but somehow thought that it was a good idea, which obviously was not. I do not even want to tell you details, I feel so foolish. It was such a stupid action, 8 trust my intuiton and it has never let me down, never, until l this moment. Now I am trying to make a new start, I can not even tell that I lost a lot, I can handle it without any problems, but the feeling of being foolish is hard to forget. I can invest or buy because I am afraid of losing again, even if the deal is one hundred per cent good. I just can not start again, I doubt every my move and thought, it is so annoying. Have you ever felt something like this? How did you get out of this hole? Maybe you can recommend me something. I wish you good luck in all your beginnings! Have a good day!

sometimes life is not in accordance with what we want, as well as what you experience now, you feel depressed sorry and annoyed because what you want does not meet expectations. life is like this and we also have to accept it, the important thing is not to give up and keep your spirits, let's get up again and be sure that there will be no second mistake.

I think a lot of people can relate with your experience. Even I lost my too but all the options I have right now is just a profit from last year. I still believe that my portfolio will recover soon. I cut loss last December and thought that March was the end of the bear market. Although I didn't lost a lot compared to those who didn't cutloss or bought last December.

It is always bad when you loose something you intend to keep. But even worse if that is scammed from you. Has happened to me and I'm sure with lot others in this forum. It may sound as cliché but I really tried to take it as "an investment i could loose and still live on" (took me few years to recover from it though). If you say it enough times, eventually you start to believe it Smiley
But mostly it made me become more suspicious of everything that requires my funds (I'm still working on the "my most valuable part" which is time and knowing where not to waste it)
Hope you find a way to make peace with yourself and recover emotionally (much more important than the money part)

Many of us do make mistakes, I feel that you can take it as a lesson and experience. Continue to trust yourself with these valuable experiences, your decision making skill will improve as time goes by.

The sharp decline this year has been recorded many times in the history of the cryptocurrency market. Many investors know but for profit they ignore it and consequently lose money

May I ask you what coin you're talking about? Some infamous coins still have nice potential, even if its price is low at the moment.
In any case, I wish you luck Roll Eyes we all make mistakes sometimes, it's life. Don't be afraid to invest in crypto again, just diversify your investments to avoid big losses.

These last few quarters have been very painful indeed. Unless you managed to tether up at the right time your portfolio will have been trashed to pieces. It just takes will power to see through these dark days, don't worry though, there will be huge rewards if you can hodl those coins

I don't invest more then 5% of my deposit in any coin (except BTC and ETH) so I don't afraid to loose much money because of diversification. I don't need fight with myself when I want to buy coins or invest in ICOs because I can loose <5% - it's little money.

Your opinion is also a big issue for the newbie. I think crypto is a new market and little known. When investing in a new market, of course,  It is best to use the money that can be lost to invest in crypto, which is the way to fight wiht yourself.

I agree that the biggest enemy to me is myself.
if I can overcome my rapacity, I might not be sad as I am right now, losing too much and want to take back money from market, don't want to accept that lost.

there is no learning without failure at the beginning even Einstein failed also early in the experiment
and How to fight with yourself ? my advice, try to have a friend who is better than us I am sure that if we live in an environment and a successful friend it is better if we just try ourselves without seeing a real example

This sounded like you lost a lot and I'm deeply sorry about that. I wouldn't want to start asking how it happened because honestly, it can happen to anyone. But I'm sure you'll use this experience as a lesson. We don't lose, we learn. Read more about Investments and strategies of the big players. You might be scared of investing further, but venture into it again with as little as you can afford to lose. Then grow from that. I'm sure you'll recover soon. Sorry dear.

if i understand this thread you are  trying to talk about how to fight with greed or knowing when to stop. i understand that feeling of being in a trade or trying to invest into a project, but because of the profits you've foreseen yourself to get, you would try to add more money

Yes, I agree that sometimes there are such situations, but do not despair, this is an experience and you have acquired the skill, we all learn from our mistakes, eat conclusions and study more.

I had a similar feeling. And I could not find a place for myself. Very worried about the fact that he lost a lot. But a month passed and I gathered my strength and thoughts and started from the beginning and forgot about the loss. But I learned a lesson for myself and I think I will succeed in not repeating my mistake.
