Try searching on LinkedIn, just sort/search by "blockchain"; "cryptocurrency" keywords. Seen quite a few job openings related to crypto space.

It is getting kind of popular, I got a job on reddit, but it wasn't in any specialized subreddit, I just started a random conversation and some dude offered my a job in translation which I finished and got paid in btc.

You can always personally reach out to startups through email or other channels and ask.  Have you tried LinkedIn?

As a developer, it seems that you can easily find a job in crypto, given that hundreds of new crypto-projects appear every day.

Prepare a CV, publish it on related services and forums, or write directly to startup's owners you are interested in. Probably many of young teams need good developers. Describe your skills, attach links to github profiles, etc.

Though crypto communities are good to begin with, don't focus just on them. There many other websites (especially for freelancers/job search) suitable for that. For example, LinkedIn or Upwork. If your CV is good, HRs will find you on their own Wink

If you are a developer you will most likely not find it difficult to find jobs in IT or the blockchain ecosystem. I think the more interesting question is, how can someone who is not skilled enough to program/develop still find a job in the crypto sphere.
