Join a channel that translates all bounties (like this one: https://telegram.me/freshBountyBot)
Then check every bounty to figure out is it worth to participate.

not only bounty, also consider who is organizing that bounty as well. I am following amazix bounties. There are many scammers thoose are managing bounty. They will continue managing bounty till the end of the project they will updates stakes as well. Once ICO will complete, They will never respond.
Bounties are not very much profitable this time. Due to high chances of being scam.

finding good bounty program really?

bounty is a pure gamble you can't say that you will get 100% reward some times ICO flops some times ICO not as good they pay to bounty hunters so its depends on luck just dive in and go blind find something like you can say hey that's a gem!
