Do you think it is good idea to create another wallet and to send money from this wallet to new one with the seed??

Yes if electrum will let you send coins. However, you mentioned having a red disc at the bottom right of your wallet. If it looked like the one in the screenshot it means your wallet has no network connection.

You might be able to fix the problem by double clicking the red disc and unchecking "select server automatically" in the window that opens. After that you should be able to select a server from a list and click the OK button to test if your wallet is connecting to the server. Keep repeating the procedure until the red disc turns green, then you can send coins.

version is 2.8.3 download from electrum.org What version would you recomend?

That's the latest version that you are running. Did you use a password when you created your wallet, or did you leave the password field blank?

If you left the password blank you should be able to open the default_wallet file in the appdata\Electrum folder and read the seed in it.

To open that folder copy the line of text below, click the windows start button, paste the text into the search box, then press your enter key.

%appdata%\Electrum

What version of electrum are you using, and where did you download its installer from?

It should tell you the version in the electrum window title bar. If it doesn't you can find the version by clicking "help", then selecting "about" in the drop down menu that appears.

Were you displayed the seeds when you first created the wallet?

Can you go to "send" tab. Does it look like: . Is the "send" button visible?

But why my wallet has seed option disabled (and no seed icon on bottom right) ?And how can I see my seed?

Click "wallet" in the menu bar at the top of electrum's GUI, then click "seed" in the drop down list that appears.

If "seed" is greyed out in the drop down list as shown in this screenshot your wallet might be watching only.

Is "seed" greyed out in the drop down list in your wallet?

But see that my wallet has seed option disabled (and no seed icon on bottom right) so am worried about how I might recover the wallet if I ever needed to
How did you create the wallet? If you chose Standard Wallet and "Create a new seed", you shouldn't have a problem. Did you import private keys into the client?
