Tab trader. It's because you can use several tools there depending on your need. You can even draw there in order for you to really understand the chart pattern. If it's still not enough for you, you may use tradingview since tradingview is very flexible and available in any markets.

Everyday i always login to trading view and coinmarketcap to check the price action of my coins, use these 2 platform is enough to make research about each crypto based on technical and fundamental analysis.

Yes, it's true for me that it doesn't matter because here more information is more accurate both from the latest knowledge or news, with some very good websites because we are strongly encouraged to always analyze what you want to plan so there is no misunderstanding or big loss, then don't be lazy to always read because it's very important.

I recommend you to try tabTrader. It's an application that is for android and ios phone. You can see the movement of every coin in there. You can also look the price of coins from one exchange at a time, good for arbitrage.

If you are a beginner these kind of websites are not useful to you. Because you must know the exact information so just tracking the information is not well in all the time. I suggest to watch Forbes and coindesk because you know the day to day news in crypto platform. But experience is the best teacher for any Industry so try to monitor and survive few more months automatically you get some idea. 
A simple tool I use is actually just a RSS newsfeed from one or two sites. So it monitors for fresh news and I only need to read the headlines to see if anything is important. Usually if it is very important,,, it has a tag of "BREAKING" so then I know it is fresh. News and developments are good to read to supplement your trading decisions.

Tools are just for your reference. They will give you inputs or something along those lines. But the final observation will be based on your own way of analyzing the coins. You must your own criteria while tools are helping you.
By the way, are you looking for a service instead wherein it will do the observation for you? It was existing honestly but I doubt the legitimacy of those and might lead you into expectations. Just be used in observing coins and soon you won't need these tools as your main thing.

These two major tools you have mentioned are the best for now to use in observing trading, block folio is still the best and the most popular I think.Another one I would have suggested is tab trader which does same thing and has addition tools of being able to trade all your coins live in one place irrespective of the exchanges you have them because you can link your exchanges directly to it and still be able to monitor your current holding live on it, so you can try that out too and give a review on it within you.
