Guys like Dan Bilzerian and Mayweather are huge gamblers. How to get them to start playing on the Bitcoin gambling game? this would bring lots of media attention which at the end of the day is all that counts. Those guys talking about Bitcoin means lots of new people starting in the gambling Bitcoin ecosystem since they have millions of followers.

Good idea, especially when there are a growing number of celebrities who share an addiction to gamble away what they earn at casinos, poker games and tournaments. To get them playing on "bitcoin gambling game" we need to have really luxury site that will accept only btc as a payment method. The main of old-school casinos should start accept cryptocurrencies, also it would be a good idea to find somebody who is close to celebrities and can promote bitcoin.

First, you have to introduce Bitcoin to them. And then tell them how easy is it to gambling with Bitcoin

it would be very great promotion for bitcoins if celebrities started gambling with it and telling other people who like those famous ones about their experience with bitcoins, but i dont think we can do too much about it as we cant make them go gamble

you never know. some might even be here already hiding behind username. and i mean they themselves wouldnt announce such

There for sure are, when i was into poker big time we'd often hear about different usernames being different celebs.  Its very common as they are humans aswell they do things like gamble online like any other human.

Im thinking tons of celebs are already gambling and maybe some are using bitcoin.  Why would they want to make what they do public though?  unless they are sponsored by the sites like we see in poker it makes little sense, who wants to be known for losing half a mil or something.

social media marketing companies does set up fake accounts of celebrities to make buzz of their sites and bragging that celebs are using their accounts, it sometimes work as fans would check which site. Maybe you can do this too. Maybe some site had done this too that made then known.

I'm not sure why any celebrity would want to affiliate himself with bitcoin. If they are winning bitcoin gambler wouldn't it make more sense for them to keep it quiet about how much money they're making? We need to find a way to get the every day average person into bitcoin instead.

What they need to do is make a movie showing them gambling with bitcoin.
There was a movie that I say a trailer for with Tobey Mcguire at a gambling table playing poker but he has a beard and didn't look like he was winning. So maybe a better celebrity winning using bitcoin would be better for exposure for positive influence  Wink

I think the reason why they don't it because they probably heard there is alot of bad publicity with Bitcoin and don't want to get scammed.

Imagine winning 1000 BTC and the site refuses to allow you to withdraw?

Many celebrities play in the WSOP (World Series of Poker), so if you happen to be at the same table as one of them, simply strike up a casual conversation and casually mention bitcoin. If they are playing poker they probably like to gamble both in casinos as well as online. If they seem interested tell them about online bitcoin casinos/poker sites.

I actually like this idea. Problem is you have to be lucky that such an event is in you country and you will be seated next to them.
For me f.e. travlling to the USA for such an event is to costly.

Most celebrities like attention.
Offering some free games in return for a review is a great way to get them attached to your casino.

That won't happen for obvious reasons.First off all, people like Dan Bilzerian and May wheather are dumb. They won't find the idea of owning a cryptocurrency nice as they like to show off with real cash and buy real things like expensive cars .They are more inclined to fiat as the things they purchase only accept that. They don't really believe bitcoins as an asset right now ,when they start believing it as an asset me might see them gambling with bitcoins.

Well you got people Mike Tyson giving access to a Bitcoin ATM company to use it's image, so it's all about approaching them the right way and they may agree. Also I wouldn't call these guys dumb... they know what they are doing, his flamboyant image only makes him even more money, if he was a regular guy he wouldn't get as much press.

Probably if someone like Google's CEO Sundar Pichai, speaks or writes about a paragraph on bitcoins. We have 100% guarantee that it will motivate people to use bitcoins .I don't think dan bilzerian doing the same will really matter a lot as people see them as just celebrities and not a source for motivation.

Its easier than you think.
Step 1: Become a celebrity
Step 2: Play on a gambling site
Step 3: Profit

But as mentioned they bring a lot of publicity with them also. I think some of them might already play on certain casinos but they just stay anon for understandable reasons. The second issue would be, what if they do start playing ? How many of the casinos are actually legal ? what kind of trouble could it all bring.

Yeah, the exchanges only need 3/4 celebrities and the amount of attention that will bring it will give they fortunate times.
It's therefore those celibrities have big demands.

I agree with some people here , if some celebrities are gambling with bitcoins they won't announce that cause to be honest gambling without verifying your account is one of the best things about btc
celebrities will announce that when they will run their own biz or at least when they have a sponsorship with a btc gambling site , that's my opinion

Bitcoin is anonymous, Maybe they have already tried their luck? Bitcoin has been in news for the last months due to a fake claimer calling himself as the creator of Bitcoin aka Satoshi.  Roll Eyes

I think they wouldn't do it anonymously. They know that if they did bet on Bitcoin, it would bring them media attention, and those people crave for media attention, in fact all the money they make is due that, so they would make it as public as possible to get on the headlines.
