How to get cryptocurrency ? Most Indian exchanges only support INR to BTC conversion. So if you want to buy any coin then then BTC from INR, you first have to buy BTC. You can buy BTC from Zebpay or Unocoin.Once you have BTC then I can tell you how to buy other coins at a cheaper rate. You can get best exchange rates at CoinSwitch. You go to www.coinswitch .co and exchange it. CoinSwitch is an exchange aggregator platform, where they fetch rates from multiple exchanges and allow you to buy at best rate. So you will always get the cheaper rate and You cannot buy most of the crypto-currencies directly against INR in india First you’ll have to buy bitcoins (which you can buy against INR) only then you’ll get able to exchange those bitcoins with some other altcoin.
You have multiple options of buying altcoins now directly via INR. Bitcoins are one way to exchange or the most accepted way to exchange with other altcoins but Ethereum is gaining pace and i believe its prices are still under control.

Newbie can try some luck with Faucets. But i will suggest instead of going direct to BTC faucet which are getting dried faster. Go on with LTC/DASH/ETH faucets and collect some and stay with those coins for sometime. I am sure when majority of people are not able to buy Bitcoin they will go on Altcoins and these three coins which i mentioned above are the best choice for them to buy. So i can expect there price will rise.

Also one coin is Ripple which is still undervalue

Some help newbie can get from this section : http://toppayingsites.net/tutorials/

Agree, its a very good way to earn a bit. But this is quite risky

Its not that easy to get cryptocurrency. You have two ways:

First - is to buy it;
Second - you can join bounty campaign of some projects.

Both ways are good. You spend a lot (money or time) and you get your currency. It would be interesting for you to know there is another way to earn.

KickCity is building a decentralized reward-based event marketing protocol on blockchain. Having worked with many event organizers, it became obvious that their biggest problem is selling tickets or getting registration. They are solving this problem by creating incentives. Rewarding anyone to promote events. This simply means that users can invite their friends and when their friends buy tickets, they earn Tokens (Cryptocurrency), while the user who bought ticket gets a kind of cash back  —  motivation to buy more tickets on KickCity platform. KCY tokens can be used to buy tickets on the platform and can also be converted to FIAT.

KickCity subsequently creates employment by giving everyone the opportunity to earn. Basically, we share marketing budget among users instead of mining user-data like existing  online marketing platforms (Facebook, Google CPA ads).
