It's not an easy to instill such new forms of technology to some people who never knew about blockchain and everything. But even the dumbest person will possibly understand it in a simplest way of explanations. Welcoming them in this crypto world, encouragement and wisdom words and even showing proofs of earnings will make them feel comfortable and at ease with the idea of blockchain projects, I can assure you that their interest will go deeper and deeper until they are decided to use blockchain technology.

In that case you raise the simplest and fastest solution would be to implement a fiat gateway that would allow users to buy the tokens with fiat money. In this way they would not need to go to an exchange to buy ETH or any other cryptocurrency that was needed to buy the tokens.

I think first time first, they need to learn about the crypto space and blockchain this will allow them to make informed decision about that they should invest on and if the project you are building is one that has a real world use then they will definitely invest on the project.

To make general people interested in Blockchain projects, we may have to increase public awareness about what crypto-space is, how it works, how much opportunity someone has in involving a blockchain project, why it is convenient for anyone etc./ In a word, we should make them know about Crypto space and all things related to it. If they understand the potential and their opportunity to progress, they will come forward to it. To get involved, they at first, have to know.
