Actually, the forum will never pay you for every post so you won't get paid for any post you made even this.
If you join in some signature campaign you will get paid for every post and it depends on the rank and campaign how much you can earn for every post.

Also, you will need to rank up first because most of the campaigns nowadays don't accept newbies but it won't be easy to rank up because you will need merit before you can able to rank up.

Best to get involved in normal discussions on Beginner and Off-topic forum. If you are looking for income, look in the services forum and see if anyone needs help with anything. You can get paid to do graphics design, data entry, clicking ads and other small tasks.
After awhile, if you contribute to the forum regularly and gain wisdom, you can participate in signature contests and get paid for posting.
