Hello I need to hire for advisor position for my upcoming ICO launch is very soon please msg me asap. Project site is sl8pool.io willing to pay in stake of project.
Try to look advisories on LinkedIn. Here is difficult to understand who is really can help as advisor. For team search in internet sites like teamfinding, slac etc. and notify one moment-good advisors don’t work for money, if somebody give you bill $ it is probably rogue.

Probably you have to first make a topic on bitcointalk and then some people (respected and with lots of knowledge) will be willing to be your advisors.
This question been asked a bunch of times, remedcu should just use the search button on this website to get the answer for his question instead of making a new thread about it. If he is really serious about getting new people into his project then he would do just that.
Making a new coin requires a bunch of research so if he can’t do a simple search to find if the question to this been asked before then he really won’t be able to make it worth his time.

Getting people interested in his coin is really easy if the person knows what he’s doing.

You need to advertise jobs telling people that you are hiring, you can advertise it through the internet, surely where you are based you know a few sites for advertising jobs. Cryptocurrencies are based on the Internet, surely you will perfect candidates on the internet. Be sure to be strict on the requirements of your candidates, you wouldn't want to hire someone with no experience. Its quite easy. Be sure to have offices and equipment as well.  Wink

Are you fucking kidding me ? You run an ICO because you have a team and a project. Anyone looking for a team and a project is just a scammer.

Well, I think you need to learn to read newbie

I have a technical team to build the product along with me.

What I need is advisors and people who have knowledge in marketing, legal matters, etc in the cryptocurrency field.

So, before marking acquisitions, read the thread!

Well, slowly, but steadily we are increasing the connection with people, and as we are about to complete our project, we will contact them with further details and a demo to our product, so that they don't just read the whitepaper and imagine. Rather see the real product and advise us so that we can improve it much better.

How do ICO founders gets the rest of the team?

Is there any sites to hire certain talent related to cryptocurrency?

How ICO's get these advisors?

What is the underlying process to acquire advisors?
I meant all of them caused by the connection to each others, If you have a lot of the channel to the developers or programmers and that will be so easy for you to get the team and advisor but if you don't have any experience and never dream to get them all.

I do think there is a certain site for you to hire certain talent related to cryptocurrency? If you have a good idea, you can try to find someone and just contact him/her, maybe  this is the best way as far as I know.

Firstly you should have a core team, some money and a project then you can send e-mail or meet people to be advisor for your project.

I have observed one ICO where on the website there was an option to volunteer as advisor or team member. Development team would review your background and add if appropriate.

I think my question should be to get advisors alone. We already have a team to develop, what we need is good set of advisors who can mentor us with our product and marketing team which have experience in ICOs, as even I have marketing experience, but not in this field.

It seems you have a certain project in mind! If you pm me with info about the project i migth be willing to join your team!

Will contact you soon mate.

Right now we are building our product. Unlike other ICO's out there which just have the idea and not a product, we want to launch the ICO with a full working product in alpha version.

It will take some time, but worth the wait.

But we need more people for other works related to ICO, we are bunch of programmers who knows how to code, I have a small marketing and business background as well.

Nothing wrong in getting a helping hand from others.

So, just wanted to know my options.
