Yeah that's a good choice, Buying some altcoins now is a good move because you can buy them on a cheap price and just for the price to increase.

I saw all altcoins prices down, because the effect of increasing the price of bitcoin. if you have a lot of bitcoin, maybe it is better to buy some altcoins

I think 0.01btc will work in trading. Me, i started trading with just what i earn in faucets. And i think trading is the most safest way to grow btc because there is a very minimum chance to lose money from it if you know what you are doing. 0.01 btc won't have much profit but as time will past by trading that 0.01 will grow and start earning some big amounts.

Trading is not safiest its stil risky and it can also drain your bitcoin.. instead of making a profit your bitcoin is gradually decrease but this is not the same as gambling high risk trading is low risk because you can still sell even the price is low.. well there's other way to grow bitcoins in safe way.. this is still trading bitcoin but you the difference is you are now trading with usd.. this is i think safiest. if you have already 1 btc you can make $10 or more every pump and drop..

well, with that amount i think you cant growing your btc to big amount for a short of time (except you gambling and have big luck too, maybe you can turn your 0.01 btc to 0.6 btc (my friend did that)).

I suggest you to stop both, stay away from gambling and hashocean, cloudmining sites are just waste of time. no matter if they are legit and paying. if you invest 0.02btc there you'll have to wait 6 month to get back complete 0.02btc.
and same as gambling, if you gamble your money there is 98% chance that you loose your money. so both Ideas are shit for me.
Honestly 0.01btc is nothing and a good investment need at least a good amount to be invested. better to don't risk this amount in gambling and cloudmining and just try to grow your bitcoin by doing something else, like free jobs, participate in campaigns,(twitter, facebook, signature) and do trading if you can.
