Hello i am newbie in bitcointalk and i want to improve my rank so plz tell me how i can do this

To ranked up in Bitcointalk community it's based on your engagement, activeness, consciousness and determination.
First,ranking up is determined by a contribution or impacts a new users play in order to be merited

So their is steps to follow if really a new users in the forum is interested or ready to learn. First you have to study the nature of the platform by owning the rules and regulations  Governoring the forum. A beginner most learn how to read
and correct atoms of mistakes beforee posting.

A new user most learn how to make a constructive topics and post, with accordance of proper researching for vital informations that will add values to the society, when new user start following these directives, people in the community will definitely merits the user, because it's obvious that merit is the source of ranking up, because a user might have a thousands of activities but zero merits, definitely the user is going to remain low ranked member. So therefore i recapitulates these by saying, quality Post attracts ranking up

Lazy people rank up slowly - if at all.

..or they actually don't. (at least for a lot of them. Also taking note that every single one of OP's posts except this one is on bounty threads.)

That's what I was thinking about. Something tells me that a person who opens a post like this, without doing a search first, is not going to rank up.

If I had looked for it, I would have found it easily. I think that's what most beginners who end up ranking up do.

With the merit system, I'd say lazy people have pretty much no chance of making it past Jr. Member.  Member rank if they improve significantly or buy merits, but that's just how it is.

Based on the very brief snippet that OP wrote, my guess is that he's going to be a copy/paster, probably already has a few alt accounts, and was referred here by some other low-ranked jackass who told him he could make money by posting on a forum.  I don't expect OP to even revisit this thread, but if he does I'd like to hear him reply to the above.

(at least for a lot of them. Also taking note that every single one of OP's posts except this one is on bounty threads.)
Shocker.

Ranks are determined by;
• Merits, these are given to you by other members if they find your contributions to the forum helpful. Putting in effort into your posts and replies would improve the quality of your discussion and increase your chances of getting merited. All your posts before this one has been bounty applications in the altcoin section, those type of posts do not contribute to the community and decreases your chances of ranking up.

• Activity, this is determined by your posts within activity windows. You can only get 14 activity within a 2 week time frame.
Use the search feature as suggested above to get more information about ranking up. You can use this thread to learn how to properly utilize the search option.
