In your opinion, what is an effective way to introduce crypto currency for newbies, and how important do you think?

In my personal opinion, for beginners who are in cryptocurrency it is certainly very much needed where they want to know more about what cryptocurrency is and how to make a profit from it and for beginners who are new to cryptocurrency I think this forum is a very good way to introduce them to what cryptocurrency is and in this forum there are so many people who talk about their experiences and also the learning they get or maybe if the beginners have close friends who have long been in cryptocurrency, they can ask for advice from their friends .

This is kinda tricky to introduce cryptocurrency to newbies that doesn't have any knowledge about them.

But the thing is, almost most of them already know the word of bitcoin and that's all. They only know that bitcoin is some kind of digital currency.
From there we could try to explain everything bit by bit, so they won't have any thoughts that just because you already know what cryptocurrency is, what the use of them and anything, doesn't mean that it will make one rich in overnight.

We need to explain about the pluses and minuses of using them as well. What the difference between them and fiat money, what's the benefits you'll get by using them and etc.

But it all comes back to the person themselves, whether they're willing to listen, learn or not.

We had the heart to help people, but it's always a multiple choice to have for them it's either yes or no. Although in cryptocurrency every opportunity was a race, and if you're going to risk on that you'll get the potential profit in return. Don't expect bigger, but always expect an optimal perspectives to avoid frustrations.

I introduce cryptocurrency directly to my friends by explaining and explaining what bitcoin, altcoin and blockchain are. then I also taught how to send, buy and sell tokens. some of them are interested and some are not. for those who are interested they continue to study with me and I also told him about this bitcointalk forum. he can learn a lot from this forum.
and sometimes I also share information about ccrypto through social media. I don't think it's hard to promote crypto to other people.
but is it good to introduce the world of commerce to beginners with newcomers? because in my opinion for newcomers it would be better to provide a little information about this forum first. because in the world of crypto trading requires funds, and I think they will be difficult to be interested if you spend funds

I personally talk to them like I am explaining a foreign currency. Think about living in Germany or any other nation, if you want to explain someone what dollar is you would explain what dollar is and how it is a nations money right?

Well, I do the same but change the government of USA to people and digital world, rest is basically same. I don't talk about how they could make money from bitcoin or how they could profit from buying low and selling high, that would only make them think bitcoin is a get rich quick scheme, I just talk with them about the benefits of having something like bitcoin that doesn't get printed by the government whenever they feel like it and explain to them the power of decentralization in economy. It doesn't work that very well but some people understand it.

I think introducing cryptocurrency to newbies must start from the very basic on telling them what is the difference between a cryptocurrency and the fiat currency we do have outside the network or offline. By telling them that, it will gain their interest to know more about cryptocurrency because they will now seek more information of what is something compared to what they have already know on the old times. Telling them than the technological advancement is one of the key factors why such type of currency was created way back 2009 and still up until to the present time. Tell them the benefits or things they can acquire by getting into cryptocurrencies compared to fiat. Although those two are different, if you really want to caught the interest of a newbie, marketing cryptocurrency to them will be the best strategy to boost their eagerness on knowing what cryptocurrency really is.

I think I have read it somewhere and it goes like this, that giving it to them as holiday approaches as a gift to them. Ask them to create a wallet whether it's bitcoin or any altcoin of your choice.
And when they are done, send them an amount that's small for you. $5, $10, $20, $100 or more. That will make them say that they already own a crypto.

Almost everything has a tutorial video so just link them a good YT video. But if you think they needed more help, might as well teach them personally. That's what my relative did and made me get interest in this industry. We were all newbies before so, it's also good to see that there are people who are open to help others.

Better not to introduce unless they want to learn legitly. Otherwise people just learn at high level and try to most likely scam people or try to make quick money without thinking about others.

I think the very first thing is to develop a sense of curiosity about cryptocurrency, what is contained in it, such as there is no sense of curiosity, why should be told? Then enter the second step usually I give some reference sources that he must learn and the rest let him determine where he wants to participate in cryptocurrency.

There are many ways to help new members know about cryptocurrency. But most referrals are very confusing and make them not interested in it. And the easiest way I've ever done to bring my friends to cryptocurrency is to introduce them to bitcointalk and participate in bounty here. Then because of their curiosity and they got to know more about cryptocurrency

Maybe start in basic like teaching them how to send, receive and store their cryptocurrencies. I also agree with OP's suggestion about having newbies to be involved in crypto related platforms wherein they can earn and understand more about cryptocurrency. Nowadays, crypto related platforms are easy to use that even newbies can easily understand how to use it.

While I was introduced bitcoin to my friends I have shown the multiple videos about cryptocurrency and planned to show practical tour to learn more about it at the weekend time.

Newbies are very slow to understand it so we may the growth from them but it takes time.

In the internet era, it seems there are no significant difficulties for us to introduce blockchain to others / beginners, because we only need to show the basis of what and how the benefits of blockchain for our lives, but in this case it takes a strong desire for them to find out more about the world of blockchain and that we can suggest that they look for more information on the internet, and we only need to explain if there is something they really don't understand at all.

to introduce to ordinary users or who do not understand at all about computers may take a long time to learn about the blockchain industry. but for new users and understand about computers, the process of introducing blockchain is a little quick and can be understood by him.
