You can post once per two week period to gain the potential activity and post 13 extra post to get those activity. The minimum post is 1 to at least claim activity.

But yes, I would agree with that. There are very limited choices and gaining knowledge about Bitcoin while ranking up would let you post more and effectively.

The problem with a newbie account is the massive limitations to your signature.

You cannot use code, you cannot use a lot of characters, you cannot use color, etc.

Therefore, it is difficult for the campaigns to use you effectively. Do as others suggested, and rank up first.

After sign up it with admin. If he accept you, he will update you in the list.

There is a comprehensive list of campaigns here. As a newbie, you can go for 777coin or Bitvest. Just remember to read the rules and don't spam!
