I don't think if anyone can accurately predict what coins will pump or when it will pump. It is all just assumption based on their analysis of the coins movement in the market, and the latest news and events of a certain coin.
I am keen to know how to find which coin is going to get pumped next and when.

join a crypto trading signals which has a bunch of members. personally, I dont think it's a signal or prediction. crypto trading signal channel on telegram is just a platform where you (all member) agree which coin/token will be bought at the same time with other members. who will get the most profit? the admin and team itself. they bought it first before they ask you to "pump". it's not recommended to join a crypto trading signal channel.
How to know about next pump?
organically? you need to follow the news and updates.
For me you maybe could make some predictions based on the analysis of markets and taking into consideration all circumstances, warching closely the cryptocurrencies news etc.
Just look at the roadmap, roadmap is one of the easiest ways to predict when the next pump will happen.
Especially for projects based on smart contracts, if their application will soon be launched the pump will certainly happen.

Knowing about next pump cannot be held as accurate forecasting for altcoins. In my opinion, better read roadmaps and jkin channels that has updates as to the status of the altcoin. Also, be sure to know when will these be listed on other exchanges. Because most of the times, it is when they pump up

We cannot be predicted those pumps and dumps. If you mean those pump by the pumping groups then they are unpredictable and are not profitable. If you ask about the organic pump then it may be associated with some big news.

Nobody knows when will be the next pump no one can predict it accurately because thay is very unpredictable. Yes we can say that those coins will pump the next days but we can never know if thay will really happen and in what date exactly. Because thpse successful coins just like bitcoins for example everytime that they are falling after a few days they are starting pumping again but we can never know how much pump and when will they regain their value and if they will really regain it or not. Just monitor the market everytime and try to predict it on your own because no one cam do that.

No such predictions but just we can assume if they can pump when the coin will be listed on any exchange sooner. There will be pump and after listing also there will be big pump. Like today WRC is going to be listed on OKEX, So it will be pumped.

Personally in my 3 years of being the member of the rising community of bitcoin I really didn't know how to make any predictions about the next pump and It didn't come into my mind to know it because I'm just afraid to frustrate myself of my unpredicted predictions. What i mean is i dont know how to know about the next pump.

Just stick to the rumors and patterns. Pump and dump strategy is not reliable and besides that it hurts the community. It's an obvious market manipulation, and in any regulated market people go to the prison for such activities. Naturally, that's a bit harder to do with cryptocurrencies, but still - it's highly unethical.
On my opinion is best to go with news and in most cases when the news are good, the price will go up. But that just one of the factors, so knowing for sure is not possible as far as i know

With 100% certainty, it is impossible to predict the rise in prices for cryptocurrency, since it does not obey any laws. The market of cryptocurrency lives its own rules, which do not resemble the rules of the stock market.
Just keep in touch with the market keep an eye on market and check it on regular basis, when you see that people are getting in Bitcoin and buying and adopting it it is the right time to invest and put your money and that is the time when you can say that pump is coming
Honestly I didn't know how to make any predictions regarding on this matter on knowing when the next pump gonna happen. Its really hard to do which is yourself too will be suffered in frustrations. So that's why I choose to monitor daily the blockfolio and analyze the move of red and green dash, but I'm admitted that sometimes it sucks. I believe that no one will know when the next pump will gonna be happen so in my case instead of becoming over thinker and comminmt untrue predictions I'll just do monitoring the market in blockfolio which is so far helped me a lot on doing my trading. Sometimes it sucks and your gonna find of tired doing it but I'll prefer to rely in reality.

The coin with the most dips will have a higher chance to pump and reading news about the next project of the coin will also have a higher chance to rise. 
Waiting for the signal, usually i do buy the coin which are decreasing the price in the long time. Decreasing price in the long-time is the signal for buying.
