Yes, there's no way to know when will be the next pump and it's going to be harder right now because of this BU issue. Roger Ver is attracting investors to try to invest to his roger coin which is making the price of bitcoin to fall. But don't get upset people, let's hope that we will see the pump very soon and this issue will be over.

we will never know when the exact time when the pump. because sometimes the time could not be estimated.

This strategy is also not good.Last time price was falling and I bought some coins but then price fell further.

I guess, there will be no right prediction or way to know how the pricing of bitcoin goes. I think it is better just to be alert and watch out in the legit site that can give the true value of bitcoin every now and then. So no one knows when the coin will pump up or crashed down.

I don't see the market getting stable anytime soon. BTC has been growing way too fast for it to be financially stable. Also, there are way to many people just pumping and waiting for the dump. Although I do believe that BTC is the right coin, and will reach a stable market in the near future (maybe 2-3years?).

For those of you who don’t know how the pump and dump works, it’s fairly straight forward. They are also illegal in the market, though federal agencies do not actively protect Bitcoin users.
Pump and dump scams involve two groups of people. First there are the players who artificially increase the price of a coin by promoting or endorsing it. They’ve spent several minutes, hours or even days buying up cheap coins, and when they are ready to dump them, they build up the buzz.
As buzz around the coin gains momentum, trading volume increase and the coins value goes up. You are both the pump and dumper. Once the coin hits a desired price the players sell all their coins, and people begin to panic sell, dumping their coins on the market and sending the price plummeting.
It’s not too difficult to detect a coin that’s being primed for a pump and dump. You’ll often see buying patterns like the ones in this graph. The price is falling and rising just slightly each time the players buy, loading up on the cheap coins without drawing too much attention.
Once they’ve purchase the coins the players head to the forums and chat boxes to talk up their coin of choice. They’ll use several different accounts, and there can be many players involved helping make this look real. The coin will be talked up until there is a buzz and people start buying – this is when the pumping happens. The chatter picks up on
trading platforms, and people start purchasing the coin and pumping the price skyward. This fuels the buzz even further, and more people begin purchasing.
Once the coin hits a high point, the players will start selling off their coins, but not all of them at once – this signals the dumping process is about to begin. It can happen in a matter of seconds or be dragged out over hours. Players will sell small amounts of coins as fast as they can without dragging the price down until their out. Once the players are out, a panic sell begins, and this is when the dumping process happens. The price is no longer climbing the volume is down, and people start realizing their own sell orders aren’t getting filled. Panic sellers will sell below the market value just to get out, and this can send the coin’s value crashing to the floor.
The players are the ones getting rich, and they have the capital and knowledge to do so, but that doesn’t mean you have to lose out every time.
If you are able to spot a coin that’s being prepped for a pump and dump, you can purchase cheap coins yourself. If you were able to grab up some coins before the pump starts, you can make money if you’re not greedy. It shouldn’t be hard to make decent profit in five minutes if you’ve spotted the signs early.
If you come late to the party and the coin has already begun being pumped, but still in the early stages, you still can make a profit. Your risk will be greater and your profit smaller, but if your enter and exit fast the market fast you should be able to expect a modest return.
There are many people offering to “let you in” on the next coin to be pumped and dumped for a fee. Some people charge as little as .5 Bitcoins, but is it worth it?
Most of these are scams in order to get your Bitcoins. They will tell you what coin is going to be targeted but do nothing because they don’t need to. They have already made their profit. At .5 Bitcoins, with only five subscribers these people have already made over $2,000, which is about what you’d expect to make on pumping and dumping a coin, but now there is no risk.
Even if these offers for insider trading – that’s what it is – were real, and they did pump and dump the coin, you’d have to invest a significant amount of money to see a return of half a Bitcoin. Which means greater risk for you and a smaller return.

yes that is not such an easy job to know about the next pump in advance i think i present time there is alot of commotion in the market of bitcoin and i do not know about the next pump. i am hopeful that very soon the market of bitcoin will become stable.

Yup perfect we cannot able to speculate the exact time or date of the next bump or dump. Even halving falls in 4 years but do not know the exact about it. Roughly we can calculate the bump is upon the demand and supply of bitcoins and adoption also plays vital role in price bump.

The pump will happen after the weak hands dump all their coins, the whales will buy and then it will make the price rise again. We just need time as I don't see the dump will continue in longer time, everything was just due to the FUD in the community and only those who lack of education will believe.

I guess no one will know the movement of the value of this coin since it fluctuate randomly.
There are some reason why bitcoin fluctuate which people cannot manipulate easily.

Yeah sometimes trader see when the buy wall so high they think the pump is come but the truth is just fake wall, and then many trader get trap with that fake wall, so it's quite hard to predict the pump and dump.

I don't really know about it but I think if there is a buy wall will likely pump but sometimes there is also a fake wall so it is not 100% will pump

No one can tell when does the next pump will ouccur. However, it can be predicted if there is an expected huge investors where in expected to invest in bitcoin that would certainly help bitcoin to pump.

yes that is very difficult to know about the exact time of increasing and decreasing price of bitcoin.but still there are some people who are earning good analysis and prediction about bitcoin price.

That is how we can partially predict or to know the next pump by reading charts and also gathering different news either it is good or bad so you will have a basis in making conclusion for bitcoin. If something goes well like having a pump or the price is starting to move up then it is a sign that the pump is coming so better to get in and ride the waves rather than watching alone without earning any cents.

Unless you are a fortune teller, nostradamus or an insider, you will never know when will the next pump happen. All you can do is speculate, read the charts and ride the wave when you notice something is starting to pump.

There are traders that seem to know the patterns of pump and dumps.

But simply speaking there is no way. These traders pose as experts and release "altcoin picks" that is based off nothing. You see that pick posted by such a professional trader, you go buy some, Joe goes buy some, and the price rises as a result of him posting picks.

This is exactly what I mean.. You need experience to work, and i can say that whenever you start you will gain experience daily.
