To the guy about to switch to using Hostgames, I don't really recommend doing so only because it's new. Gambling is gambling and it doesn't really matter which platform you bet on. What matters is the service that they are offering you so you're better off betting on old platforms that have good reputation. And looking at their website, they don't seem to be ready. At the bottom, you can see that their Whitepaper is "Coming soon". It says a lot about them since they don't have something that even scam ICOs have, a complete and well-written whitepaper.

I'd say that there is no other way to check whether a gambling site is a scam or not, you can just follow what is said in the quoted post above. Only I would exclude sending PMs. The thing is that reputable members of the forum are too busy to respond to every PM sent by strangers, and, in addition, you can be misinformed communicating via PM more easily than when you do it openly on the forum. That's what the forum is for, you can see the reaction of others on what someone is suggesting you.

Go through the scams and accusations section here on bitcointalk itself. Read out some reviews there. There will always be one or two scams so don't judge hurriedly generally just 4-5 scams and accusations aren't bad because there are always a few people who feel cheated. check the problems which they faced. After reading experiences of other I people try out with a very small amount Instead of moving all your money at once. Steadily increase whole money until you are sure and confident that the site is flawless.

First thing you will do is you must research first about information regarding to gambling sites, so that you may know or any idea if that gambling sites are really is not scam. Maybe you may ask to the other people some opinion about on gambling sites. I think this is the best way you can do and its a big help to you, check first those gambling sites so that you will never scam and you must aware if this is a scam or not.
You can't know anything for sure but you definitely can have an idea just by searching a little bit, If you can't find anything about the service then It means that the service is new and you shouldn't take risks unless It's tested and used by multiple people, the website design could tell how much effort the owners put on the site as well, usually, scams don't take the trouble to make a good product because they are only here for a small amount of time and they will take whatever they get their hands on etc.

Yes it's hard to define if the gambling site's was scam or not, especially now bitcoin now are in demand in the market more of them are want to earn immediately that's why they were joining in gambling.However, joining in gambling is not advisable because it easy to earn but it is also easy to lose in gambling.

Good indications but we do need to see the the ratio between negative and positive. If we do see there are more positive feedbacks compared to negative one then its still a good site to play on because a gambling site would normally experience problems which cant really be avoided thats why there are several negative feedbacks. I agree dude, its really impossible that you can't find out if that gambling site is scam or not. Though, you need to have some enough time to investigate that kind of gambling site. Do some research and know the details of that site ,for sure you know if it is legit or not. Most here in the cyberworld has a lot of malicious things, they do as much as they can with there own gifted skills in order to do such bad things to have money. Hopefully to those people playing gambling site should be observant and censorious to avoid the scammers around here in social media.

Also, if some in the screen of your computer having a suspicious link or will pop up don't ever click because it might access on your account directly.
