You will know that the bounty and the ico is a scam if you will look at their team members and leader, if the person or people listed on the team is no publicly shown then you must trust your instincts and you will know right away that the ico and bounty is a scam, that is what I am looking for in a bounty.

If those guy are a reputable people atleast you can see their names in Google when you search it specially their CEO. Then look at the project if it is worth to join and the Bounty allocation if its worth the time and effort.
