To know the best bounty program the first thing to know is the volume to be distributed, the percentage to be distributed know the best campaign to follow and how it will be distributed.
Those all you said are totally wrong, wouldn't suprise if you are one of those people who got demoted to newbie rank. You can't know which best bounty, even though it managed by reputable managers. You can only minimize the risk to get scammed by looking at their dev

Hi friend, latest bounty at times may turn to be latest scammers bounty, my only advise is to make a findings on bounty managers that made research on genuine bounties and known for that by stakeholders instead of looking for latest bounties.
1) by going to bounty section and setting the proper parameters
2) Using other members sources like google sheets .

Every manager has a telegram group, and they spread it there. besides, they received various complaints there. in my opinion there is no chance to find a new bounty. the hard one is finding a bounty that really pays.
Check updates from this community there are many kinds of bounty so you can find out before the bounty manager. If you want to know the bounty campaign are easy facebook twitter and other but many participant are this. You can other campaign you will get more profit

This thread is already done a few months ago, and have definitely been answered several times. But, for more information, if you want to be notified for every new bounty campaign that are posted in bounties section, you can click the notify button in that section which is located in the upper right side of the said section. But you have to make sure that your account is active to make sure that you will receive notification every time there's a new bounty campaign.
I always check ICOdrops and Bounties thread of Bitcointalk to get to know about the latest bounties. Beware of some scam bounties and BM, recently I went through some horrible bounties which vanished after the ICO without paying bounty hunetrs.
You can find a lot of information about bounty in ICO listing websites but one thing compared if you keep track of Bitcointalk altcoin bounty section you will find many bounties there but most of them are a scam. Even though the good manager is promoting it, you need to research by yourself in order to be in the safe way to get paid after the crowd sale.
if you are talented in video content is very good content, which is still rare that can display a creative work. it's a good opportunity, work as creative as possible. do not copy other people's work.

There is no way to find the jointly program as like that. You need to find the some good campaign manager's profil e information along with you may check their most recent started topics.
If you find up any campaign it will be there that is the way I know to understand the nee bounty project details.

If you want to keep up to date with the latest bounty campaigns that appear in the forum the only thing that you need to do is to go to the bounty section of the forum and keep updating that page until you see a new bounty, you will probably have to do this a few times since that is a section that moves a lot thanks to the updates that bounty hunters do, but eventually you are going to find what you're looking for.
