To launch an ico with out a plan, a white paper and a team plus a fund is like hitting the air with no targets. If i read some ICO’s white paper and their road maps, i wonder how long they been planning or working on their plans before it came to a printed black n white. How much they’ve put out on it and how many people involve in the team: before they came up to the idea. Its not easy.

I think the most important to be consider are the financial sources of the project, a well experience consultant and developers, and the platform of the project you want to do.Launching project is very tough, you need patience and determination just to make it successful! A successful project must have a good promoters! They are the one who will make other people interest to your project!
There are also factors to be consider like the country that you will launch your ICO because it is a must that the country is accepting the project you will launch or it will become useless.

This might sound silly. At a bare minimum, I think all a person need do to launch an ICO is create something of value in the crypto currency world that people need and use.

Its not easy to accomplish given the level of competition. There are many famous/legendary software engineers, innovators and inventors who are trying to accomplish this goal which makes things difficult.
If its too difficult to create value in crypto, then perhaps create value elsewhere. Look for a niche area no one is focusing on. Look for something that aligns with your specific talents and skills. There must be something of value you can contribute.

Speaking about the OP, yes I do think that they should go out and look for different opportunities in the market. Why just create the ICO which already has become a mess over the time. It’s one of those agenda which should have never come on the list of block chain. But let’s think about it for a moment, a smart guy comes in, thinks to make money out of the block chain and uses the smart contracts of different coins, and gives out the blue print to whole world. Next, ? Here we are crawling for our bitcoin which could have been ruler without any hassle.

Well, for me the best launching project for an ICO are getting into Airdrops for initial promoting just for 3-4 weeks together with social media site and blogs site because many will get into a free airdrops to earned token and of course they are also dealing with the product.
