Earning 1 btc in one month is barely possible , You just meed to focus on the job where you get your bitcoins from. Like me , Im a active gambler and I can possibly earn 1 bitcoin or two in a month of course when having a good luck in me.
Take suggestions from investors about altcoins follow daily updates coins exchanges, twitter,slack,telegram choose some best coins and invest in that...we have so many exchanges like poloniex,bittrex,yobit....

BTW in lots of countries 2800$/month is dream, my country is one of them. I could buy 1BTC if I work for 2 months - oh, wait, i CAN'T. I have to pay bills and credit. And I am sure some folks here can't buy 1 BTC even if they work for 1 year.

well for me to make 1 bitcoin in a month you need some extra job,,,, you need to hardwork in here bitcoin talk legendary rank or you will just collect some funds and start to gamble it
I will highly recommended that don't have a way of thinking like that. You will hard work in any way that you know and just in the end you will just use it for gambling? No, don't use it for gambling whatever is your way to earn bitcoin monthly better secure them and instead of gambling just invest them into trading.

If you have a good knowledge of trading currency, I think that will go a long way in making some money in addition to what you are currently earning. In addition to that, you can also search for online marketing job or you can equally make use of your tweeter account if you have any. You can look for a tweeter signature campaign that pay well, so that you can get some Satoshi per post. I think these will help.
1-2 btc per week is easy if you were an expert trader. I said this because my friend did it. Trading has a high risk but at least there is no scam. and the minus point from trading is that you need some btc for first.
You can't do it without investing or just working only 2 hours a day. To be very honest every job needs time and proper attention, working only 2 hours is not enough to earn 1 BTC a month. I suggest you to invest if you can only work 2 hours in a day.
but still there is suriety that ether you will make 1 or 2 bitcoin from investment in a month. may be you make much more and may be you just lose your own investment. no one can say so much sure to earn such amount of bitcoin, but still i will recommend you trading you will need to give proper time and proper arrangement to study the market.

Mining btc is not profitable anymore but mining of altcoins is profitable. And if you got a lot gpu's, you can use it for mining alt coins. Consumption of electricity is reasonable and competitive so you can have an assurance that you can earn 1 btc for sure within 2 months.

Bitcoin payment for the medical services will be a nice idea to implement, if anyone belongs to that field they could have try and check.
But actually we don't need skill to earn that amount and the only thing we need to do is to perform on altcoin bounty campaigns since those pays better rather than BTC campaigns, And currently I've earn more by participating their facebook campaign,twitter campaign and various existing bounty promotion.

Bitcoins are not really hard to earn, the important thing is that you must have enough perseverance to make it to the end, because there are so many ways to earn bitcoins and you must be able to find them.
and to me i thnk the most easiest way of making bitcoin is to hold it simply, but if you have some experience in gambling and have good trading skill then you can certainly make good profit from trading altcoin, you just need to study the crypto market, the different new ICOs and much more which can really give you much more profit as compare to other means of earning money. Holding will give you profits in long term if price goes higher in future but it will never increase the number of coins in your wallet so if you want to grow your coins then better go for trading instead of keeping coins idle in wallet.
