First you need to let us know which type of wallet you are being asked to create. is it altcoin wallet or BTC wallet. well if you are being ask to create ETH wallet to recieve bounty reward then you can create one on http://myetherwallet.com/ make sure you keep all your acccount detail safe and dont give out your private key to anybody. you will see your wallet address ones you login. it is this wallet address you are being asked to provide in order to recieve your reward
I am using coinbase.com This is a pretty good wallet I found it supports me quite well if you are a citizen of some countries that allows you to buy bitcoin right on this. If you want to trade with other coin, you can use the trading platform such as bittrex, polo or yobit.

You can also use light versions like MultiBit or Electrum (where you can also import the private key/s of your core wallet) and/or online wallet like Blockchain needs nothing much but a registration for security purposes and you will still get your wallet created and ready for use.

you can use electrum to create wallet. Works beautifully.

Hello! There are many ETH wallets, but I advise you to MyEtherWallet (https://www.myetherwallet.com/). It is very convenient to store all the altkoins, besides it's safe. Registration is easy, you will not have problems with it

Please be specific "Make a wallet" for any particular coin means compiling it from source, I guess you just need a wallet for btc/eth and other established coins. You either download one or use web wallets.

First is open the online wallet then click on the Settings and click on address,click on Import Address,copy and paste the cold storage private key and click Import or transfer so that you can safely archive the old address and transfer the funds to your wallet.
