There are many many threads on this. As far as no money to gain a little cash, signature campaign as said above is a great way to gain a little btc. You will not make a lot at your level.
The other option is selling goods and services on the forum. Either one can gain a good amount of cash if you have something to offer.
I would say the most valuable thing on the forum is the information though. There is a lot of really good info.
That may be true, but my point here is, by trying to follow the signature campaign at least he will try to explore every corner of this forum to read and may be on the part of each sub-forums that he encounters.
And as time passes, he will learn by itself directly.
