I have a thought about the year 2019. I want to invest in this year's well projects, I also want to start bounty, I think, if I can start bounty, I will get good profit.

For example, out of 1,000 people performing the bounty, 70% will continue to fulfill them in the hope that in the future they will get rich. 25% will simply come out of this whole story and the cryptocurrency for them will only be experience and memory. But only 5% will understand that this niche is only developing, and experts, experts in their field are required here, they will start exploring other ways of making money, it could be programming, marketing. And of these 5% only 5 people will not give up and will work hard to reach their goal.

You are right to say that many people give up and do it just when they almost achieve it, motivation is a determining factor and, in general, ends quickly in the face of adversity.
Whatever work is done, if it fails is a teaching to continue and keep trying, in the case of trade, many people enter with the intention of becoming millionaires, and this has nothing to do or become millionaires of a day for another.
The trade in my case I see it as a business, I do not even see it as a way to enrich myself or be a fast millionaire, first because I am not an investor and, secondly, I do not have the economic possibilities to make large investments.

As the same proccess we need to take the risk of crypto even we are lossing enough every single day not always also. But in investing such ico's its hard to predict that lot of ico getting scammed.
Risk is our part of life and we will have to be ready for it all the time so better keep investing in crypto currency, ICO projects are not trust worthy because there is no KYC in it but in crypto currency you will be sure about price rising that you coin will somehow rise in price, it is certainty of profit which makes it prominent among all other investment, bitcoin is the best crypto for 2019.
For me i will just continue to do bounties and accumulate tokens that i know will have a great future. You are right most people are losing trust on bounties and some are exploring for an alternative source of income, those who believe and work hard on participating on bounty campaigns will reap their rewards in the future I'm proud to say i will be one of them.
Making money and profit here in crypto is not a problem. There is so many ways to earn. Like what I am doing I joined in the bounty campaign that have a weekly salary then I keep that salary to invest in trading activity . So there is no money coming from my own money or capital and in case of loss my personal money is not included.

I can't agree more with OP. Crypto is not just about having tokens holding them and then hope that it they will soon make you rich. You have to work. Look at different angles. This technology is just starting so there are many things here that are not yet known or done. It can be via programming, design, marketing and more. You will most like will need the entrepreneur mindset.
Investment will be trend for a long line holding. This is both convenient and profitable and you do not need to bother too much. But it is also good to participate in some bounty.
