Please let us know if you have any other questions.

If that's the case, will you accept fiat deposits/withdrawals ?

Yes we do, via credit card and SEPA.

get an official regulatory status for it

If this is a decentralized exchange, then who will get such status? If a company owns an exchange, then how is it decentralized?

We would like the balances for the native chain (Ethereum) to be decentralized, and trades on non-natively supported chains to occur via a contract (1x leverage, free of charge up to 8 hours with no rollover).
For this purpose, as well as to eliminate the delays and overhead of running a decentralized matching engine, our matching engine will be off-chain (centralized). This fact will also allow us to obtain a regulatory status.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

That's a good idea, but then if you get hacked or disappear with funds, then everyone connected to you will have lost their business. How do we ensure that never happens?

That is true, first of all, we already had an incident where 500 BTC were locked by a liquidity provider, and everyone got their money back after we managed to solve it.
To prevent any similar situations in the future, we are launching an ICO to back the Decentralised Exchange which we are currently working on, and get an official regulatory status for it, as well as insurance for funds in custody.

I wonder what is your purpose by making this, so you are offering exchange creation while you own your exchange?

That's easy:
1. We are looking to aggregate as much volume as possible under our API, for this purpose we also have a merchant solution underway, and many complimentary services like crypstor.com.
2. We acknowledge that we cannot serve the best experience to all of the demographic and geopolitical groups out-there, neither we have the resources to. In fact, we would much rather have the community involved and share our profits with you guys!

A good example of a prospering white-label solution, based on our open-source, is Tauschkrypto.de

So how do you make money off that? What are the fees?

0.25% of turnover from 1st-degree referrals, and then 50% from that for any further degree up to 3rd degree!
1% for fiat referrals!

Dear community, I want to tell to all my story.
I wanted to exchange my120k BDG - Bitcoin cach.
At first they said that they had technical problems and then said they would return my tokens, but so far I have not received anything.
They just stole my money.
P.S.  support screens and transactions screen can provide.

Well....I believe that in absence of an official position, this "scenario" answers my previous question.

Does your decision to strike off the company from the registry will affect the project survival? Are you just changing jurisdiction or next March everything will by shutdown? Thanks

Is this a legit exchange? as the one who post this have a negative trust. Hard to believe with that

Guys, the only reason that we had negative feedback is that our previous campaign-manager left negative feedback to Yahoo as a personal vendetta, and the latter left us negative feedback in return.
Anyways, it's all sorted now, thanks for caring.

I like your exchange very much. I have risked around 100$ with you (not much but still).
They are legit, and their support works. However im sad that it's under maintance currently and BTC or ETH isn't available.
I hope that you can open it ASAP and on future notify on your website or something, because it is really unclear to find out what's going on if not asked from the support.

I think that the title "How to make your own exchange within an hour" is an overstatement. An exchange made within an hour it should last... an hour. Maybe it has the functionality provided by OP, but some really big exchanges have been hacked (eg: BitStamp, Bitfinex, etc...) and they have entire teams of developers. To build an exchange is not an easy task and learning how to program takes years of learning and practice. There are no shortcuts.

However... we have already 10 exchange running in this scheme, all bootstrapped quite quickly, unless the founders were not tech-proficient, and that really does not depend on us or the guide we have published.
