I think you can avoid the whole putty thing and pasting the code one by one if you just enter the code on the configure page to begin with. I'm new to this so I apologize if my info is wrong. The code would go in the advanced details box I think. Please tell me if this is wrong because if it is then I have a lot of work to do.

I would say it pays out faster so maybe a little under but you would break even on a $122 server 24 mine
If I pointed 40 instances for half the hours mining proto, would I get same results, or less proto shares?

You gave an estimate for proto, how much can someone expect to make mining primecoin this way?

So far so good.
As a developer of miner mentioned in the guide, I can tell - well done. So, the guide is "Miner Developer Approved"
For those who download miners - I would also ask to verify authencity of the miners using md5sums.txt and md5sums-signature.txt - you can do that right in your QT wallet with File/Verify Message function. Try advanced functions of your wallet, maybe you will need for something else
