I also recommend affiliate program provided that what your affiliate program will show is very similar to what's the content of your website, so your visitors are targeted and they will likely click on those ads and take action,mining plugins is very risky some anti virus are blocking these so called mining plugins.
I notice that you are not offering your visitors to subcribe to your blog this is important so you'll have loyal followers that will read and comeback to your sites whenever you have a fresh new content.

Cryptomining will actually drive users away from your site unless you are offering a heavily popular service such as exam past papers or torrents of illegal copyrighted stuff. Plus, most browsers are starting to block cryptominers nowadays (with the exception of Chrome I guess).

Even if it's two months old if you already huge traffic it should be accepted by any ads network. Like Google Adsense, they didn't mention anything about the age of your domain the important is you follow their rules and policies and you must 18yrs old or above and must bring 100 daily traffic.

I have a two-month-old blog with 11 articles before it was accepted after a few days you need to add private, cookie policies and about/contact us and also terms in your blog. I don't know why other say that the domain must 6 months old but I think it's due to penguin update or due to SEO because a few of my website after doing SEO it takes 6 months before it ranks up and gets traffic unlike my other website that I test before I think it's just their estimation but 2 months old should be enough to be accepted in Google AdSense.
And take note there are many Adnetwork that also don't have requirements like PropellerAds.

Just like what others have said, focused on helpful contents and articles first so that you'll be recognized by your visitors and they'll come back again. If you want to work on larger number of visits i suggest to at least change your language to english as default language and have an option to choose for your local language so many will understand to your content. Build your social media presence since i cant see any on the site.

Since your website is new and targeted toward Spanish speakers, do what @OmegaStarScream suggested, and instead of Adsense, try to combine it with one of "these advertising networks ^{[I do know Adsense is also included on this list, but I wouldn't suggest using it at this stage]}".

It's too early for you to monetize your website, you have to be 60 to 90 days old for you to get accepted on CPA and Adsense, increase your traffic and backlinks first before monetizing your website.

I agree with this but it's not enough to approve in Google Adsense based on my experience my first approval in Google Adsense takes 2 months for the new domain and I have 11 articles posted with 100+ traffic daily I tried to submit my WordPress blog to Adsense but it fails due no T&C, privacy policy, about, contact us and cookie policy after adding these on my blog it approves after 3 days.

Since OP doesn't have all of them it will never be approved by Google.

It depends on your traffic if you have a good flow of traffic offering ad space is profitable but if you are just building up your traffic then affiliate marketing and Adsense will work fine with your website, but even Adsense and affiliates are looking for sites with good traffic so it's better that before you look for monetizing your website be sure you have a good rank in the search engine and traffic flow is continuous.

Depending on your number of visitors, you could take advantage of AdSense, which you could use to show ads and get paid for them.

Having affiliates is also an excellent thing to utilize on websites knowing that it could potentially give you income if they sign up. I think that's a great way to monetize it for sure.

Maybe you could add a shop in your site in order to get an immediate revenue if that could be a thing with you.

How much daily visitors do you have? I haven't checked anything but with low number of visitors, it's very much unlikely that you will get a good revenue from any methods you use.
However, from my personal experience, I would recommend you to affiliate for an exchange which can be a good one in future. I have tried Binance and Kucoin for a long time but got no good return. Got 1 sign up only.

Besides run adsense though it won't get you a good revenue unless you have a huge visitors though CPC depends on country base. In my case, I barely got $0.03 even lol.
You can also reach out to new crypto start up for a custom deal like selling a banner space. This is one of the best methods I think as the success rate could be higher if you can present professionally.

INstead of Google ads you can try cointrafic and similar ones that pay in crypto for crypto websites.

You can also wait until your website has some reputation and get some sponsors. You can even try in the services board in bitcointalk. Bur you need some solid traffic.

you thought something here. he wants to place an advertisement on the site, not advertise himself and his crypto business. all these "strict" google rules refer to the advertising of crypto products and not to advertising on a crypto website.
For example, I have approved an Adsense account and I can place their banners even on the faucet page (tested a few days ago) and they will be approved instantly.

Affiliate programs, as OSS suggested, seems like your best option and the most suited for your website and the type of content you provide.
I would avoid ads as many people find them annoying and probably won't stay too long on your website and never visit it again. You should also avoid Google ads as they have a very strict policies and too many restrictions when it comes to crypto ads.
