Women like anything that has value to it and they can buy their makeup or dresses with it.
So whether it be fiat bitcoin or gold they will take it and spend it to the fullest extent too their little heart's desire.

You are right. We really dont know how much percentage of women are here in this forum or outside the forum. So there is no number if men are the most who use it. What if there will be a census and found out that there are more women than men.

Well, if you are their boyfriend, I don't think that you will let them purchase items using your credit card, they might start to abuse you and put you to debt... But if you would give them a bitcoin debit card to make an online purchase on those bitcoin accepting shops, then I think if their debit card is empty, I think they will start to reload it themselves specially if they love what they purchase using their debit card...

Good idea but i dont think that your girlfriend would choose your bitcoin debit card that you gave , she would definitely choose your credit card since its unlimited. Grin

She would like to choose unlimited than to limited money , right? Some girls are like that , they would prefer easy life and not to much hassle. They like always an easier life. Just my opinion.

Yeah, almost all girls like easy life, they will choose for the easiest way, but only if they are provided with that , if we do not provide unlimited credits to them and with a limited amount we tell them the way to achieve bitcoins then they will adopt that way and after earning that they will love that currency and will then prefer that currency only.

no i do not agree with you, gender is too much important here, as it is a fact that men are more curious for finding a job as compare to women, in mos of the society men has to give financial support to women, on other side women are mentally weak as compare to men, so it is easy to convince men as compare to women, because men really need so source of income although if he is doing one job he will willing to make some extra income, which women never like to do so.

I think bitcoin is at the stage right now where business need to accept it, rather than trying to get individuals to use it. If people keep seeing companies accepting bitcoin, they will take interest in this and do some research. I think it would take far more time and effort to get individuals to use bitcoin right now. I think what I'm getting at is that it needs visibility. You have to make people aware and curious about something before they will want to learn about it. Using platforms that already exist is much easier than trying to build your own, and the benefits can be much greater.

I have some friends, married couples using bitcoin, initially only her husband were always using bitcoin to trade. and his wife began wanting to use bitcoin, because her husband gets a lot of money from that trade. so now they use bitcoin to trade.
so the conclusion is, the result of bitcoin will motivate anyone to use bitcoin.

Yes, it would be easier for any husband to convince his wife. We must start from our home itself to motivate women like making wife/mother/sister to adopt bitcoin system either for investment purpose or to use in daily life. More likely women would be interested in bitcoin for the purpose of investing when comparatively more returns against gold.

But in my country gold ornaments are having emotional bond with women. So, here women are not ready to accept bitcoin in the place of gold. Still I was successful to convince my neighborhood aunty when she was about to invest in gold, I changed her mind and she adopted bitcoin for her investments. She's happy now as she got doubled her money within one year of time.

Do not estimate all the other women based on your wife. Because it is much easier for convincing other woman rather than your wife for reason of the other people might be ready to believe your words whereas a wife might be at high level of ignorance with her husband's words. But overall I too agree it is too hard to motivate women to use bitcoins.

Yes, motivating a woman to use bitcoin must have some proper approach. If you are talking to a new women without any concrete example then that might be end up with unwated results. In my view women are more practical, when we are showing them the real time proof, then it would be much easier to motivate them to adopt bitcoin for their daily life.

Your point is not just women specific. It would be easier for convincing anybody to adopt bitcoin if we are showing some practical/real time examples. But when we are talking to new women about bitcoin ecosystem then definitely we must have some many supporting things. Otherwise it would end up as just a waste of time.

As a matter of fact, there are less women in BTC related businesses than men. In my experience, more explanation will not help, but bore the person whether it's a woman or a man. Maybe, we should grab the excitement of the client we talk to somehow.

It does have to be introduced to the ladies. Because women constitute a valuable asset that can be used for promotion to everyone to use bitcoin: for women is the jewelry world. I think, if more women used BTC, you could see more women in business on the client side, which would mean more clients for businesses that use BTC as accepted form of payment.
