This is something only those can do who does not gamble everyday and are not addicted to it, so such people who just gamble sometime and if they win they directly stop betting further because they know if they gamble more they will lose again, but addicted people cannot do that because they get greedy when they win and lose everything because of greed.

True, so if you don't accept the fact that you already lose the game, it is really hard for us to recover, let's face it. It is really hard to accept. But if we just lose the amount that we can afford to lose then I guess we can move forward easily after losing, unlike to those who lose almost all their money because of gambling. So always be careful and always put in our mind that there is always a possibility that we can lose in gambling all the time.

yes I agree with you. self-control is the best way to win in the game of gambling. you will not be able to play it smart if you can not manage yourself and your emotional.

All the necessary factors should be considered in gambling, it is not only the self control that is important, you need to have a decent bankroll and you need to manage it properly because sometimes we become desperate to make more money even though we do not have a decent bankroll to do that. We are just like targeting the impossible with our aim to make more money with less resources.

If someone thinks he cannot stop himself from depositing more once he start gambling then he should just not jump into it if he know he is going to lose and still going to gamble with more, this would only work for the ones who has control on themselves.

therefore you must play disciplined, when win or lose, you should be able to set the time, and do not force to continue playing. also have to know when to stop. for playing too long it can be bad, because our emotions increase and eventually lose everything.

It is always happening. It happens both when winning and losing. When we are winning we think that our winning streak will continue and play more until we lose all we earned. While if we are losing continously we want to get back what we losed because we can't accept the fact that it is gone.

But for me, being greedy is not avoidable. That is our emotions that we cannot control, our mind dictates to us so that we can have an emotional thing. Hmm thats a really nice explanation and i think it covers almost all the things that a gambler must keep in mind and have the self control to follow these points.But i would like to add onr more important point is that never ever try to chase your lossed.If u loose a bet just forget about it and if someone tries to win the amount lost and bets more then slowly only his/her will increase.

Yes exactly that is the smart way on playing gambling. Controlling yourself every time you are going to gambling because it is really going to bring you to the pit of losing if you don't know how to control yourself because it is going to give you rage if you lose and you don't control yourself. Control your emotion and put some limitation.

Maybe the smart way is you have control of yourself  on managing your funds in terms you are suffering from losses or winning streaks.  I can say theres no smart way on  making money in gambling since it matters on luck all the time and  theres no skills required.

There is no option to play in smart way! The only way to be smart against gambling is not playing! Other true is that everyone have to check that on himself, so warning about that is actually worthless..

not everyone indeed , but most people did it. your brain are not involved in making decision when you are gambling. only you and your emotion play on the table. being a gambler itself for me aren't a good and smart move. being a businessman are good and smart.

That is their decision and that is the way they way, of course we cannot assume that all gamblers can play smartly as there are only few people who can control their emotions in gambling and would stick to their game plan.
