basically when you do 'nothing to lose' playing style in gambling you have been in the right way! yeah you would ignore every single thing that you think it's not necessary. just playing and walk away. that's smart enough in my point of view , rather than gamble like a mad and get addicted just like how the junkies want drugs. always gamble in the safe line.

These are what I always try to maintain. Playing gambling the smart way seems like a golden opportunity to get the max profit less then losing. If you enable to main behavior in gambling, manage the risks, set limit in daily basis essential part of gambling!

Correct! and the good parameter as to when to stop is when you are no longer enjoying and the fun is already replaced with fear and greediness. That is a good sign to stop so that it will not aggravate and affect you emotionally.
