This is a will write up information about fraud and I really learn alot from this information. I have see fraud in all facets of endeavour and people in authority are really the best fraudster. From government agencies to public office holding we see a lot of fraud daily and I think since some of them has fraud investigating agencies in their pockets it very difficult to find out and prosecute them. Follow your recommendation I think it is best we have a system that makes it difficult for people to commit fraud and scam.

Scam and Fraud is very hard to be to continue the investigation when heading to the legal path, because of course they have the potential to bribe the judges. Very rarely seen fraud cases that the perpetrator ended up in prison.

People should do research and after should ask community and even if there is a scam attemp they should always check better and never invest on something looking suspicious.

right, like binance that will bring ieo successfully. even though it has not made a guarantee of success. but I think it has a larger percentage to succeed. now it is indeed more attractive for investors to invest their capital, and hope to get profit later

Honestly, the best way to prevent fraud is by spreading awareness in the community. Being naive can easily become victim of any type of scam. Scam can also look legit and you'll just find it's a scam after your money was stolen. But if you are aware right from the start of the scam then you will notice the hints or clues of it being a scam. People will always try to fool people for a lot of money when they become desperate or just plain lazy but want to live a luxurious life.

We prevent fraud if we not easyl believe to them even they do anything to take your trust. Be vigilant at all times and research always before you participate in anything especially if the involve is money. Be more wise so frauders will not succeed.

I have my personal motto. If you don't want to be scammed then stay away with investment schemes. A lot of people are scam because they never study the grounds. They just wanted to earn and because of thay they failed. A lot of existing fraud projects today. And if you are a veteran investors, you will definitely not believe them.

Its actually hard to determine fraud in real life (im not referring to those obvious scams which has too good to be true descriptions). There are also those ICO projects who really looks legit then exits as a scam. What we need to have is to dig all informations we can about the projects and take all precautions about it. We cannot rid of it fully so we should always be ready.

Fraud are done in the most creative and most believable way, fraudsters nowadays are smarter and they have all the information needed just to sway the other party. We really can't eradicate fraud but the best way to prevent it is being keen and observant of what's going on, if the offer is something that is good to be true then it is more likely fraud, don't get into something you don't fully understand and make sure you have done a thorough research on the investment that you will be entering to make ensure security of your money. Even if the offer comes from a friend make sure to do your own research because even a close friend can deceive you if it is about money.

ICO projects are now a lot of scams and we need to be careful in investing and analyzing it. If you are unsure about its safety, we can buy a token at exchange, it is called an IEO. it is safer and the percentage of profit is higher than in normal ICO projects.

This kind of regulation can make the chain more trusted and transparent thus we can avoid fraud.

I think in all investment places or places that save your money using third-party people that have the potential to scam, all have the risk of stealing all the assets you have, when you deal with money there is no safest place in the world because all have risks.
