It's easy to say that you want to quit gambling, but in reality it's very hard to resist it once addicted to it. If you really want to quit, then enroll yourself into a rehab center. I think it's the best way since Rehab center has a program that tackles solely for gambling addicts. Yes, It would be so difficult for how many months and/or years. But, do set a goal for yourself. The program won't work unless you help yourself. Also, the best thing you could do is to about your future and your family *if you have family and kids*. This could be your inspiration to prevent you in going to casino, bet online and etc.

Say it to yourself that you will be stopped that filthy behavior from now on , make a promise for yourself also dont forget think how much you have been lost since you get consumed by gambling and then block every single gambling website probably it works or just pray to god , gambling is haram / full of sin lol

We don't have an idea if new gamblers are carefully playing, we don't know if they are. Because if a gambler is new and he is experiencing good winning and he will think that why there's a need to quit if I'm earning well in gambling. I'm on that situation before because if I win, that's big amount and if I lose it's only for small amount but that's only a tactic of the casino's to make gamblers have a big hope to win.
Well if the gambler is new then Im sure he will come back again either he win or lose but it is very addicting. When I was new, I was the same as well. I dont care if I win or lose because all I want is to keep trying because I know that Im going to win alot but in the end I keep on losing all the deposit that I made

First it must start with yourself, control your emotion and you need to set goals. If you want to quit gambling then you focus yourself in something. All the things that remind you to gamble, forget it. At first, It might be hard but it will come. Just remember you focus on different things.

Yes its the only way which you would really need to control yourself on not to play gambling again. Those gambling help would be possible for us to motivate on quiting gambling but they would become still useless if you don't get serious on quitting gambling, those helps cant be helped even yourself denied to quit gambling for good. Quitting would really start on ones self. The main method is through once effort and determination to give up gambling, I suppose so at least, because I couldn't do it neither a majority even with the desire to stop gambling overall.

It is a right decision to sell the bitcoin than using to gambling, because much better to used in other things like buying gadget or goods (who want fiat and store don't want a bitcoin) to make a sense. Unlike in spending in gambling that more losing is the result than winning, because the owner of the casino is the always have a sure profit.
