Correct. Quitting should never be a problem in the first place if you have your gambling ways under control. Gambling is not a bad thing unless it affects your life in more ways than entertainment. That way you can think clearly and be able to realize that a lot of things need your time and attention more

Those who play for fun and entertainment they can stop this gambling whenever they want because they have control on their play. But for addicted gamblers, this is a tough job. They don't have control on their play that is why they will addict to this gambling. This kind of people must make any other habit to kill free time then only it is possible to stop gambling.

it is true if we are expecting each game always lucky in gambling and want to do that but certainly activities and should have access to gambling sites and still have the rest of the money to gamble so then you just want to come back and get a large fortune from the gambling game, but you also never forget forget gambling, but not very you can do.

Yeah you can redirect your attention to other things and besides there are other things to spend your time on earning Bitcoin and discover new things like trading. Occupy yourself with a lot of things that interest you so the thought of gambling would lessen and lessen until one day you just don't notice that you have stopped thinking about it or trying to gamble again.

All that would be well worth it if the will power is prominent and well rooted. Other than that, like if it is something perceived as external pressure, trying to run their life, it would most likely end as a wide goose chase and nothing stops him/her from taking their gambling experience to the next level by channeling also income from the new jobs into gambling.

So first thing is a self realization and declaration, before other things can fall in place and remain unshattered.

Losing that much money is a waste and usually does not work when trying to quit gambling because additional to spending more money on gambling the people in their lives will wonder where that money went.

Yes ,so if you think up on money ,hobby playing gambling will be your choice because it is easy to win if you have a luck .And to shift into other hobby will wont work because it will not give you money .So its better to have an inspiration why would you need to quit gambling.

That's because they use their desperation of money in gambling, they want instant money and they get what they deserved. I do think that gambling should not be considered as a best way of making money because it will never give a good return for most of us, when lots of people are losing, gambling sites makes more money and that will only be acceptable on our end if we do it for fun only.

it is very easy to say but very difficult to apply. i think in gambling when a person become addicted in gambling then is very difficult to quit gambling at once. i think it need a lot of effort and struggle go stop playing gambling, as i have seen so many people in our area who stopped gambling, but they could only control themselves for few months and after that they again start gambling.

Probably your correct but to try to stop by marrying someone who have child is very wrong to your reason to quit gambling. Just try to make a time with your family because when ever you failed, when ever you succeed you will come back at the end to your family. Don't make a choice between our family and being a gambler.

Gambling is an enjoy entertainment, I'm sure it not easy to stop, to do that just allot small time for that and become our past time. Then once a month to play and find new hobbies like sports with our families. Then play small amount of money and save others to make sure you have to use in the future.

I think the most important thing is in ourselves, if in our mind we want to give up gambling, we can certainly do it but if in our mind we do not want to give up, we will never give up. Say exactly is we need to recognize our problem, it is like treating disease, wanting to treat the disease first we must know the disease then we must find methods of treatment. Support from family and those around us is also a way to help us get rid of gambling, quit gambling needs a long time, we should not be too hasty and impatient

Finding a job can make your attention go with it, while you are busy working for money. You will forget a little by little that you are addicted in gambling and by that way you will make your time valuable for working with your job. Thats a good idea. Not just job, get yourself busy in other things of life, that can take out gambling from your life. But gamble once in a while, otherwise it will be hard to leave it at once. Or limit your gambling with amount which you can afford.

Because most of the reason we are gambling is we want to have more money and instead of putting your hope in gambling, you better to do it with the usual way of finding a job and getting employed to a nice company that will give you a lot of benefits while working there. And as the day goes by, your focus will be going to your job.

I just signed a contract with my girlfriend where she allows me to physically restrain her from smoking cigarettes again Cheesy

It's going to work, well, because I'm not going to let her lol
You could s a contract with them so that you allow them to do physical harm to you if you gamble, since they're not around you all the time
Like a slap in face for each roll

That's really important to quit gambling for good, you should have the will power to do so even you are addicted with it but you are pushing your will power to quit because you know what is going to be the result of it, in the end you can do it. And your contract with your girlfriend is the best way for you and it should be done by others too.

Letting yourself become busy in different things can help yourself to quit or much better to take a vacation with your family. its hard to stop especially if you are used to it but if you are determine to change your habit you can definitely overcome it. having a professional help is good too.
