What is funny is that the fellow that pointed out the pre-mine is now mining this coin.

There is nothing to answer here.  All agree GLD was mined in the indicated quantities (premined if you like to use that word)

I ,for one, think it is a good thing that so many coins are in strong hands.
I mean I posted my wallet transactions... LOL I never had 7 million coins (thats crazy).

I don't think any dev has been more transparent than that!

I gave a lot away, I don't have many left.

Good things coming.  Sorry for calling the one guy a jackass, but I mean come on...  Bragging over something thats non-braggable LOL.

Yes, quite correct of you.

I mean the challengers have nothing to ask (they don't seem to read replies properly, their comments are just noise). It has all been answered with transparency.

Even if coins are in the hands of some big holders, that is also fine.

The Gold Standard of Digital Currency.
Actually according to block explorer, that list is questionable.

Take a look at the following two lines

Code:
15T00:45:23","Mined","","","1000.00","44ed3be50d58e1ab48afb89ac547d80dab1133bb65728c7a35f6ed1f81b7d1d4-000"
"true","2013-05-15T00:45:21","Mined","","","1000.00","0c8b12ee166b33393d620923af4b96f9b122a55e9c645638441891c1b150e233-000"
"true"

We have block 44ed3be50d58e1ab48afb89ac547d80dab1133bb65728c7a35f6ed1f81b7d1d4 and 0c8b12ee166b33393d620923af4b96f9b122a55e9c645638441891c1b150e233

Both of which were mined within 2 minutes of each other right?

But lets quickly check the blockchain explorer:

0c8b12ee166b33393d620923af4b96f9b122a55e9c645638441891c1b150e233:

0   d972373bd5...:0   1000   EDfHit6YqT7B7ewVqrhomyJGZTGmSXTqNF   33:02ed...9abc CHECKSIG

So this block went to the address EDfHit6YqT7B7ewVqrhomyJGZTGmSXTqNF

but two minutes later block 44ed3be50d58e1ab48afb89ac547d80dab1133bb65728c7a35f6ed1f81b7d1d4

0   f64d7da5dc...:3   1000   DvqojZZA6kEjp43R5maz5UPEWWxteDKPMv   33:02f0...e97c CHECKSIG

This block went to DvqojZZA6kEjp43R5maz5UPEWWxteDKPMv ??

So unless he's got his client setup to send mined blocks to a different address each time they are sent...

Edit: Looks like that may be the case, but hey, We are looking at 1.5m vs 7m.. accused. And he gave some away..

1.2m is all he's got left(from his "mining") and I've got a friend who has 1m, I hold 400k and some other major players hold a lot of coins as well-we've got strong hands.

Also, not sure if it qualifies as pre-mining as most of the timestamps seem to be after the announcement

I started mining and found block 153 using a CPU, while my GPU was mining BTC.

There is my transaction list from my GLD Wallet.  All times are PDT (Pacific Daylight Time).

My first transaction id is:  http://gld.cryptocoinexplorer.com/tx/91370a57cdaa91d9072abf1a4e9785d7db490a9ff0e6e6b73408ddb7cc916bcf

My address was:  http://gld.cryptocoinexplorer.com/address/EE5KhY1R26Nzy58f1pgpkgJy1EAvtWLwfe

At this point, all one can claim is that 1.52 million were pre-mined.

1.52 million were...  I rounded up
Well the jackass who leaked the info about the fork, even though I said keep it on the DL wanted transparency right?  and then he'd bragging about it when the coin's worth lint?

Here's transparency - enjoy

My transaction list from my "mining" wallet (yes, I have others):

You know, for someone trying to promote their coin, you sure are an asshole.
I'm allowed to be an asshole, I don't have a coin that I'm trying to promote. And you wonder why your coin is dieing. You, sir, are a shit poor Dev. How you ended up with this cult following of yours, is beyond me. I guess they must be a bunch of social rejects, who are used to be talked down to. Your no better than NWO, and we all know how PWC is doing. Pathetic. I could never support a coin, developed by a dick face, such as yourself. Good night sir, and go fuck yourself.

He has a bit of problems with emotion control, I'll give you that, lol

Meh, I just really hope that they don't think that each and every coin doesn't have people who have truck of them in their wallets. I despair if they really do.

I'm not naive, I'm just cool with that. Just as I'm cool knowing there are people with dozens or hundreds of thousands bitcoins out there.

I have couple of hundreds thousands of golds now for example, nothing mined, all bought. People can be some 25% feared by my dump as by his. Hope you are seeing a point, but just hope, you should be able to see it after my first post.

So why the heck I would be nervous about it? Someone will dump his coins? Cool, that's what exchanges are for. To buy or sell.

Let the devs./early miners dump coins if they want: spreads them around, gives a big buyer a chance : someone who might value them more because they paid for them.

You supporters of gold are without a doubt the most naive people on the face of the earth.  I provide actual proof in the block explorer of the Dev's addresses showing he had pre-mined most of the 10K blocks, and amassed around 1.6 million in coins before sending them off to?? where??

Indeed, we had to start somewhere in mining.  People such as myself learned much about hash rates, difficulty, block chains, exchanges, markets and other problems through gldcoin.  All of which was very valuable to me.

Thank you to all who have helped me along my journey from being green to now.

Yep, I agree, great learning curve !
