After reading Op, I thought you will use the hero account to post ann and to get some attention maybe (though it is totally unnecessary and also it is a wrong thing to do).
But after reading this quoted post, I'm much certain that you will do some shady thing. If not, why you just need a high-rank account? Any explanation can help you from getting negged.

Actually, he could run a small signature campaign on his own. All he'd have to do is hire someone to run the escrow for him and release the payments and someone to make him a signature. There's nothing difficult in starting a campaign thread. Anybody could do it, especially that most campaigns just copy the rules from each other. OP, like others have already told you, don't buy an account. You don't need to be a senior or a hero to run a campaign and promote your business. It's much better if you are honest from the start and open about who you are and what your goal is.
