Example. My wage is $ 7.5 per hour and i work for 8 hours and i work for 20 days. So thar my salary is $1,160 . The 20% of $1,160 is $232 .
So that my cash reserves is $ 116 i can spend this money in emergencies and medical insurance.
If my 6 month salary is $6,960 i can stop my saving money in cash reserves.

Saving money in fiat will never allow you to grow your money as it will hold the same value in future and if inflation rate goes higher then it will reduce the amount of your savings.

It is not that easy for everybody, if they have many debts to pay. But a good advice may be applied, I think if you avoid to have a lot of debits to pay or avoid to buy expensive things, this may help you to cut costs.

Well since you are getting close just like what you have said. It is better if you are going to do some control management to yourself. And you must set your priority to save up to one bitcoin first before spending it. If you manage to do that then for sure you are going to claim your long waited goal, to have save one bitcoin.

Not everyone can follow it as saving requires great level of discipline and not all have that in them, but to have safe and secure future you should keep busy yourselves in saving money.

But there are some people who are unable to save their money because they do not get much amount of income and in that income they hardly fulfill their daily expenditures, so in that case they should have to search for a high pay job and have to work for extra time to earn more and to save some amount out of them.

but to me the best method of saving money is to convert it into bitcoin and then hold it, it will give you double service, first it will keep your money safely and the second is that if the price of bitcoin is increasing then your investment in bitcoin is also to increase.
