Yes your right to much offers, post fancy things in life results is scam, it's too good to be true. People must realize this kind of strategy, wake up.
It is selfishness and greed that make people fall for things like that and scammers understand their game, they dress flamboyantly, live luxurious life to be able to attract a victim. If people stop looking for what they can not get, then scam will reduce.
Yes there are lot of people falling into this kind of scam where people are showing off their money and wealth in order to attract investors and get money from them. This is so relevant and over used nowadays but still there are lot of people falling and becoming victims of this kind of doings. I am just so disappointed how people fall for this kind of trap. We need to be aware of how people make business. If the business being proposed can give you easy money without doing anything, then you should probably avoid that business for it will not give you any good but rather give you worst nightmare you'll ever have.
Do you know that it will require more work for you to get all the pictures at the spots you listed? In fact, you will make more money using the energy to do good work than scamming. Act wisely.

These are mostly strategies done by networking or pyramiding companies. They'll require you to pay membership fee or for some you'll need topurchase a specific amount of products to be a member.
The bad thing about it is that once you have a product it will not be considered as scam. They'll offer an overpriced product beyond its production cost. Example a soap will be sold for 20usd which only a dollar for production cost.
Then for convincing clients, they'll show the examples given above for a person reference of success.
So next time one asked you for coffee, think twice before saying yes!
Thats really funny but at the same time very serious matter considering the current scam projects. Off course this is the strategy of all the bad people who thinks the whole strategy in perfect manner. They literally show us the whole new world and thus we start thinking about it as reality but in the reality it isn't reality. 
I think next time people will do check the profile of team members very carefully as it becomes very sensitive topic when such high class illusions are shown to us. There is no way one can confirm them but we should always ask for the proofs if we get the chance by communicating with the teams.

Really, you might be good at that. I am pretty sure you have no scam anyone yet. I in my country scamming people for their money will give you sleepless night. Hahahaha. Absolutely agree with you. But I think your statement may be extended: people can fall for any of the stupidest idea not only by seeing some examples of rich people, it's way worse. You can even only talk about the opportunity of getting big money in an easy way and 80% won't even doubt in truthfulness of what you're saying. Take a look at some crazy examples when people invested a lot of money in such obviously scam ICOs, sometimes even without a whitepaper! Why? They didn't know how to distinguish a scam project? This is a disgrace to the integrity of this forum. You are giving hints to those people which have no idea on how to do scam. Yet if you are a victim of a scam then that would be a lesson for you and try not to fall for it again.
I think his post was pure sarcasm and a way to help the investing public look out for these scams that are well packaged in the form of investment schemes. Bitconnet was a classic example of a well packaged fraud, unfortunately people paid deaf ears and blind eyes to the negative reviews they were getting.

In Russia, there are thousands of people that pay 200-300 $ to have pictures taken ina private jet or with a sports car , or in a fancy hotel.

There are lots of scammers here.So all we need to do is be observant in your surroundings.Do not trust easily even you know him/her.Trust only yourself when it comes to money.Do some research/study if you wanted to invest on something.Scammers will do everything just to earn money.So be smart and careful in all you do.

I heard in the news some people collect money to invest in bitcoin and their money never return. They promise in 1month their money will have profit in a month.Until they scam already their money. But in bounty hunters because of very low price now they used not to pay maybe because they have no income because of the very low price.
