So I converted My BTC to USDT, Now how I can convert USDT to real USD cash?
USDT is an altcoin. One directions is to find an exchange that has USDT/US dollar pair, like Bittrex. Another direction is to change back to Bitcoin and find any exchange or service (card, ATM, .. name it) that can convert Bitcoin for US dollar.
Beware, in most of the cases you want to receive fiat currency (US dollar) you will have to verify yourself (at least ID) and in some countries withdrawn amounts over a certain limits can trigger curious eyes, questions or even bank account lock, so you may have to research more.
