Stay away from gambling is not an easy thing, especially if someone is already addicted. Recently I heard in a newspaper or it was a magazine where they claimed that 90% of the gamblers become aggressive and destructive by nature, so you might make that a reason to stop gambling right away.

Come on you only have to do it before it has no meaning for stopping once you lost your everything (including your life) !

Put those sites on block and ask friends to make the password and not give it to you no matter. A good friend will do this. Only bad friend gives you password again. Or you must not have too much in the wallet you gamble with ? I think that which is best.

I think you will easily look for other gambling sites on the internet. your friend may not perform blocking for each gambling sites on the internet. actually easy to avoid gambling. you just enough to keep the money from yourself. keep your money in a safe box with a password using the period time. I'm sure you will find it hard to gamble

Yeah that is true but the bolded part i dont agree on because gambling you can stop it by doing other thing mean while you cant stop directly on cigar because you will have suffer some.complicated illness for sure but gambling if you stop it directly you wont even get any bad affection but you will get good affection in your life but my point is if you can find something else to do it will be better for decreasing your addiction

yeah to forgot gambling of course you need something more fun in the appeal of gambling. Of course you have to find activities that make you feel good and forget about gambling although for a moment did it a few times until you get used to not do gambling. yeah it is the best method I know

Better don't keep your money with you. Give all money to your family member, and there is a chance to stop Gambling. And also yes take help from family members they can help you. They will take care of you. And make any other habbit and addict that then only you can able to forget Gambling.

Well, if they spend their money in other business from where they get profit than they will stop gambling for sure and yeah don't keep money with you, use your money in trading,buying things, and do other business. Busy yourself in other activities, those activities from which you can get some benefit.
