Gamble on something that does not require money. Download games maybe that makes you gamble virtual money so it's not for real. There are a lot of game apps for poker and the likes where you wouldn't have to spend real money.
So hi guys, I want to ask what you guys doing to stop gambling habit? I mean I want your opinion. I already read so much article about the addict and how to stop it but it seems no use for me. God if you guys want to know just today I already make 11 deposits in gambling site, I living paycheck to paycheck each month and gonna be harder if I spend all my money on gambling.
