I make three backups then put one in a bank safe deposit box. Another is buried in an airtight container on property I own. This one can be found with a metal detector. The last is held by a person I trust in another state.

Now I am secured even if a nuke goes off and wipes out my city. Assuming I survive I can get my money back quickly.

I have some of my Bitcoin Addresses and their Private Keys. My question is that where and how should i securely store my Private keys so that i don't loose my BTC earnings. Currently i have saved them on my PC in a txt file, which is not the best way.
Please suggest.

You could give them to a freind to hold them for you.

It's prefererable to store them in a desktop wallet then putting them in simply a .txt file , someone who have access to your computer can simply take them without the single effort .
Other then that , I would suggest printing them and removing that .txt file definitely .
