I can help with tips on twitter bounties.

First of all, bookmark your own post where you joined the campaign. And unbookmark it when the campaign ended. This way you have the list of active campaigns.
Then, after each tweet, post the link. This way you keep track of the count too.
And, for keep things tidier, the older weeks can stay on smaller font.

Make sure you read now and then the first and last posts in the thread to make sure nothing big has change (campaign ended early).

thank you for those helpful tips and tricks that you given, it helps me a lot. i should written it on my notes.

It is easy to do one bounty or two and submit weekly reports but when it comes to more than 5 bounties with FB/Twitter/Telegram/Slack/Linkedin/BCT etc in every bounty it is going to be a really difficult task.

Please share your tips and tricks for handling multiple bounties and their daily and weekly tasks without fail.

Simplest, I'm using excel  Cheesy
> Name of the project, dateline, what to do list (done or need to be done), progress, reported (when and how), target of reward achieved or not.
> Bookmark the threads (named sorts as excel sorts)
> Split excel into some sheets for every weeks/ months, or for special cases of bounty.
> The most important, keep up-to-date with the threads (last page) to find out what actually happen, some bounties stoped by the managers, or if u choose a wrong bounties, it might be GONE away or locked because of participants' chaos  Grin

Hopely useful  Wink

You can do it in many different ways and soon you will make your own system for managing bounties. First of all I recommend to store all data in a safe cloud storage so that you always have access to all your data. I suggest creating a new file for every new bounty where you may store all bounty-related information, links, progress, color-mark the success (paid-not paid) and so on. You can make it in a form of a spreadsheet, also with color-marking. Just try and you will understand what is more comfortable for you

I use google form & spreadsheet to manage multiple bounties. ( more than 15)
I have created a specific google form which I can use to update my google spreadsheet easily when I start a new bounty. Fields in spreadsheet are Bounty name, rules, links to sharing pages(social networks) , BCT link (to update weekly), submission date & ect.
daily post links are saved in another spreadsheet which updated to BCT thread weekly.

Wow! Nice system! Is it only to Twitter bounty campaigns, or is possible to manage also facebook or signature campaigns? Anyway i think that before you fill this form you have to note everything on paper?

Nop you can manage whatever the bounty you need to add like facebook, twitter, signature, slack etc.
No need of writing them down in paper. While reading the ANN thread for bounty in one tab of web browser, can fill the form for new bounty in a new tab.

bookmark the website of the bitcointalk social campaign post. Just remove it when the campaign is already ended. second is put it in your notepad .Get the details of campaign share or repost needed per week and the deadline then put it in notepad.

outsource your bounties to indians for a small payment (i'm semi serious about it  Smiley )
You should probably make an excel sheet where you put in each bounty and try to organize the chaos of having several bounty "jobs" at once.
or you should just slow down a bit and only accept the amount of bounties that you can really handle, the more bounties you accept
the more likely it is that you make mistakes and your whole "work" quality could be worsened which could lead to you being blacklisted from certain bounties.

I use OneNote, one tab for active bounties, one for ended but not payed yet, one for archive.
Active bounty tab has a list of pages with the company names as headers, so I can see them all and click any of them. Each page contains info:
1. Link to bitcointalk bounty topic
2. Links to twitter, facebook etc which are needed to do the tasks for this bounty
3. A link to spreadsheet
4. Short and colored text of what should be done (retweets N times a week, tweet with specific tags, etc)
5. What is already completed for this week, with a list of tweets/retweets/posts/... if they should be posted at the end of week

Please share your tips and tricks for handling multiple bounties and their daily and weekly tasks without fail.

The best and easiest thing to do is to arrange your own spreadsheet when you write bounty name, dates and any payment you receive.
Yes, Excel will help, but how you manage each retweet/share links for each bounty. Assume I have one tab for bounties and contain bounty name, bitcointalk page, start and end dates, rules, which campaign registered (FB, Twitter etc..)
In the same TAB I can't put weekly tasks.retweets etc.. How you do that?  please share your findings and methods with us, really appreciate it.

The only thing that let you be sure is make post with links. That's why people post links to tweets and retweets in bounty threads even if manager don't need that - just to be sure that everything is done, and to track everything in own posts history Wink

Got it, now it makes sense why people update everything on the thread even when there is a site to upload the weekly report.
I think if We can to combine all of these together then we can get the maximum out of it. for example, we can create excel sheet for bounties.  Basic bounty details can be found on the excel sheet while weekly update and task progress are on the bitcointalk reply post. we can have bookmarks for active bounties.
