How is it possible to "know you are sure to win" unless you are cheating? It is impossible to know for sure that you will win when gambling, that is just the nature of gambling. It isn't a gamble, if there is no chance of loosing.

People that gamble like this just want the easy way out but they fool themselves since gambling is no easy way to riches but it is nice to dream

I think you better off going with tipsters in bets, at l east there you have some direction.

The article wasn't very good, more like an advertising aid. Or even trick to get people to read and gamble.

Only gamble when in promotions(like tipster championships, risk free bets, giveaways, etc), or spend a hell lot of time researching and practicing, at a risk of losing too much before you can have a positive ROI

For me the only thing i need to turn gambling into a profitable activity is to have control on my urges. Because i can double , triple my initial bankroll in any game. The only reason i always lose is because i kept on aiming to get more winnings. If only i stopped on x profit then i am always on profit.

addiction is the negative impact and all the people who always do gambling has been ascertained to be experiencing addiction, but the portion of any people experiencing addiction is different depending on the mindset and self control. Gambling is indeed cannot make a profit if you don't know the downside of gambling. The weakness of the gambling you can get when you use a skill, strategy, and techniques in the gambling. If you don't want a heavy addiction towards gambling and experiencing negative effects then you better use other means such as trading, because equally at risk but have a different impact

That was a pretty misleading title.

There was really nothing of valuable substance in the article.

There currently exists a few +EV scenarios that can be found through bonuses and promotions as well as gambling that involves a skill aspect such as sports betting or poker. In a sense, acting as the house bankroll can also be seen as a profitable form of 'gambling'.

None of this (what I thought the article was going to be about) was mentioned.

seeing players right across the table is a lot better than playing poker online as you still gotta check actions of of your opponent before you will decide to bluff or hero call.

I agree for this. Gambling will not give you an assurance of making it profitable, you can profit today but you don't know if you can still profit tomorrow. If you want to have a secure profit daily, avoid gambling.

Million dollar question, how to make something from nothing? And one more easier how to turn gambling into profitable activity?

There is no prescription how to make money in gambling, there is many strategies, and many videos, stories about winning in gambling, and how to win in gambling. But I don`t believe in that, people sell that just to earn money. All this things are good just for showing to people and for learning from them about the game. Anyone who blindly follow some strategies will lose money in the end. That is how things works.
First you need to know the game, then you need to know how to play it with money you have, and above all to have patience and to have control. Only then you can turn gambling into a profitable activity, until then you can just win sometimes, and lose all the time.

I think its not profitable if you are just a gambler but if you are the owner of the business i think its profitable and you can make a money x10 fast weekly..
and playing free money is not a good idea you will still lose it..

there is nothing to think, it IS profitable for the owner. haven't you heard the famous saying that the house always wins?

of course you shouldn't confuse this, because the owner of the successful casinos are the winners not all of them because there are many who just copy paste the same script (mostly dice) and think they can make profit but they lose more money on hosting than they can earn.

That's according to my views, because gambling something difficult to guess then to be able to get something through hard work (analysis) and do work. It is not possible all gambling just need luck. In addition to the gambling luck also need strategies, techniques, work hard and smart. you can use many different strategies, change them to your own preference to use another new strategy and make bets and even be successful for a while but in the end all of these strategies that may seem good at first will lead to a same result and that would be
loss if unlucky and win if lucky

i don't think that gambling can be profitable how can you be sure that gambling can make give you a profit if you are always getting lost ? Grin
