You need 30 posts and 30 activities to change your rank from newbie to junior member. 1 post for 1 activity but you can only have maximum 14 activities per two weeks that means 1 activity per day. So basically you just have to make 1 post per day and within a month you will become junior member.

You need 30 activities to be a Jr. Member. You can get maximum 14 activities for 2 weeks. When you reach correct posts and time the rank will update automatically. If you want to know more about ranks please read this Merit & new rank requirements official thread.

Continue posting constructively until your activity level increase to 30 activity before you can become a junior rank member. Every 14 days, your post increase your activity to 14 and it will be until another 14 days before another 14 activity is upgraded. Roughly by 30 days time , you can b junior member.
