Its really impossible since the maximum odds on a certain gambling site which is 99% only and theres no 100% and you cant see any site which have those odds because they would be easily bankrupt. Even those 99% percent chance is still risky 1% lose would still get huge amount on your bank roll.

if you are only looking for the number of wins to be higher than number of losses then yes that is true that you can change the chance of winning to 95+% and have fun seeing green.
but the amount of winning versus the amount you lost will always be bigger.

If you are gambling, that means you are risking your money. If you are risking your money, that means you can lose it if you are unlucky. You are basically asking how to win %100 of the time without losing. If it were possible, there wouldn't be any casinos out there since they would only lose to you (or to me, or to anyone), don't you think?
