Very easy.
Step 1: Find the exchanges listed above.
Step 2: Create an account in exchanges and navigate to Deposit section.
Step 3: Copy deposit address and paste it in the withdraw address section.
Step 4: withdraw the maximum token you have and then sell it on the exchange.
Done.

first if you still have the private key, just open your wallet and send to exchange to convert your tokens to bitcoin, ethereum or usdt of course if the tokens tradeable on exchange,
or you can exchange your tokens to ethereum in decentralized exchange such as eth forkdelta my friend

You are absolutely right. If the balance of the token is less than $ 5, then there is no point in transferring it to the exchange, since you will pay a commission for both input and then for withdrawal. It may be better to wait a bit for the token to rise in price and sell later.
Also don't forget to leave some ETH on your wallet because to send those tokens to exchange you will need ETH as the transaction fee, since you've been answered about sending tokens to the right listed exchanges I think there is nothing left to know

The first step you have to check every Token in your wallet is listed on which exchange, if you need an application to track every Token listed on the exchange you can use the Bituniverse application. DATUM (DAT) is listed on the Houbi exchange, you can transfer the DAT token to the Houbi exchange in order to convert to ETH or USDT. WPR is listed on the Binance and Houbi exchange. Dear friends,

You need to find information about the tokens one by one to know which crypto exchanges they are listed, for example datum token is listed on huobi exchange, you need to open an account on huobi and send the datum token to the datum token address of the exchange and sell on the exchange, do the same thing with every other tokens too I am not very familiar with erc tokens and myetherwallet.

To convert your balance you need to send every tokens where it's listed then you can convert it there to eth or any currency you want.
I check all the tokens balance , all I can say is it's almost no value .you may even spend more on the fee of transferring it to another wallet than earnings with it. I suggest to just forget about that tokens in your wallet and stay it there until it's worth it to sell.

First you have to save between the private key or the JSON file (Keystore File) that you get when you create a wallet on myetherwallet,
after that you try to log into
https://www.myetherwallet.com/access-my-wallet
after that you can select Access My Wallet with "Software"
There will be 3 options for access:
1. Keystore File
2. Mnemonic Phrase
3. Private Key
At least you save one to access the myetherwallet wallet after which you can exchange the tokens you have, but you have to fill in some ethereum to the wallet for the gas fees needed when making exchange transactions.
