Yes that is right, I think that it is not so easy for the government to permanent ban the internet gambling sites, I think that in some countries where gambling is totally illegal they may have already tried to banned such sites but still people can find ways how to remain connected with the gambling sites and continue playing gambling sites. For example in some countries porn sites are totally banned there, but still people use different software to visit these sites.

There's a lot of tricks and different ways to find people there can still play gambling even if it is banned in the US. Since now they are now about that law it is easy for them to use VPN and there are also gambling site didn't require KYC for their customers. However, there are some people who always follow the rules to put in jail in the end. Banning means it is prohibited to play so I think the best way is to obey the law.

No, why would they close their legal operations which might gain much attention in the future? If the illegal gambling sites are being hidden from ISP services naturally the attention for these gamblers would move towards the legal one. If the casino's own crypto coin which is being used as a mode of payment is considered legal, why would the company move to underground? This would rise the price of coin more.

No, it won't have much impact on the price as this might affect only the volume of the coin. People could be using crypto for casinos which will further be converted to fiat if they need using live trading.


If they are set up in USA, they should move onto other countries like Canada, Australia or New Zealand probably.

I also think the issue of the ban will not have a big effect on the price of bitcoin and also crypto gambling. Many websites are prohibited from operating and that is not just gambling, there are still others like pornographic websites for example, which of course website developers have many ways to still be able to operate, and for internet users already have a way to still be able to access it even though the ip has been blocked etc. Yes, VPN is another way for users, but for online gambling I think it's quite risky if we use a VPN, because in online gambling we save money in it which is certainly very sensitive. As long as online gambling is still widely available, I don't think it's a problem, because there are still many countries that have online gambling and not only in the US.

I expect the gambling sites to move to other countries.

By the way, News/Fundamentals don't seem to affect the price of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency very much thesedays.
 I Guess people could use to bypass such ban.

I dont think it will make a big difference when it comes to the BTC price. There are still crypto-gambling websites who dont need KYC and hence, the players could just use VPN.

Some gambling websites are also banned on here too, but as long as there is VPN connection, I think people will still playing gambling. There will be work hard from the government if they want to restrict gambling to be accessed by the people and they need to block every gambling websites from their country. But I am sure that it does not give a big effect on bitcoin, and the gambling website because gambling offers a big profit for every business owner.

It will definitely affect internet gambling because US is one of the biggest market as far as online gambling. Majority could be whales so it will have a significant impact. However, there are lots of ways to go around like using VPN or something, but it would be a big risk for gamblers. But then again, gamblers loves to take risk, it might have a bad effect short term, but in the long run, gamblers will be gamblers.

yeah I also heard that gambling sites are banned on their internet networks, of course this has an effect on bitcoin but not so significant

Not sure about USA law's , but as long as crypto is not ''Money'' then gambling with crypto does not count as gambling =D Because there is ''nothing to lose '' , crypto is not money ( Thats what TV , goverment tells ) .
In my country crypto is Item and when i trade with someone then i need to pay tax on that trade ...
There is always roundabouts and will be .. Somebody will find a way to build gambling sites for US even if they BAN it ...

But it will only effect part of gambling operation here in crypto space because US is not representing the whole gambling system of using cryptocurrencies so maybe there are effect but not enough to bring big impact so I believe that we  will be only shaken for a while but sooner the market will stabilize again.

Gambling operator will never stop to find ways for operation so expect some movements from US to other countries that has no regulation for gambling or those government that can be bribed to allow their businesses

USA is a big country and banning of internet will really affect bitcoin price because most gambling sites are now using bitcoin to gamble.  I hope that should not even happen in the first place and we should be able to still gamble online from USA.

But unfortunately, not all people in the government really cares for the future. Gamblers will continue playing gambling and if somehow, the government ban on internet gambling, gamblers will find a way to stay connected with the gambling websites. I am sure that there will be one service offers to gamblers to help them if they want to withdraw their money without any problem so gamblers can play gambling and they don't have trouble to sending the win money to their bank account.

I think most of the good Gamblers will be in US so when the online internet gambling will be banned on the country it made the lots of currency to be sudden fall down and the market will be shaken with the band it definitely be possible when the Us ban on internet gambling.

I don't think that will have any negative effect on Bitcoin but maybe a positive effect, most Crypto gambling sites are decentralized and some of them do not require an email registration, this might only drive people from licensed gambling sites to the decentralized sites and they are a lot, banning online gambling might drive online gambler that does not know about Crytpo to start to use Crypto to be able to gamble.

If it become necessary for those gambling site to move out their company from USA for them to remain in business they have to do so. And I don't think a ban in such business in one country can affect the market value of Bitcoin significantly in the world over. If such policy has been implemented in US other countries may not follow suit because some policy difference in most country of the world.

It is really unfair for the United States government to ban online crypto gambling, I guess they get their bribes from Vegas casinos.  Corruption is everywhere.

A lot of players from the USA just use vpns anyways but if they run a kyc you are screwed.

What's the point of such online gambling ban?Do they want to gather more tax revenue,or it's just because the online gambling industry is competing with the "brick-and-mortar" gambling industry in Las Vegas and Atlanta.The crypto gambling websites will just go offshore,off course.

Since Gamblers from US are aware of this issue,i think they are finding ways now to have option incase this will become reality,and as what you’ve said then everything will just be fine though at first we can’t deny that market will be shaken for a while but with adjustments for sure all will back to normal in just a few

Definitely, US is one of the places on the planet with a highest population in other words a lot of people also into gambling and also US is one of the advanced country which have an internet connection. Any person on the internet no matter what their age, sexual preferences and status in life can play online gambling and can create an account without verification in cryptocurrency gambling and so many people are into this and if they if the prohibition of internet gambling have been implemented... There's really an effect to the cryptocurrency industry.
There's a high possibility since they're earning a lot in gambling industry and of course big companies will do anything to continue their business.
We are not sure about it, but there's a lot of gamblers in the cryptocurrency industry and there may be an effect to it.
Another alternative I guess and maybe one of the possible solutions but I think there's a lot of process doing it if you're moving to different country isn't? and I think it will cost some money too.
Possible, however most of the gamblers doesn't have enough knowledge about diving into Darkweb and how does it work their niches are in surface web.
