Compared to 4G internet connection 5G give more online freedom and better speeds. There is only 2 country in the world that placed base stations for 5G connection. It is very expensive and non-cost-friendly to build new base stations and with this thought, 5G subscriptions will be for rich people. Also applying this technology with blockchain will give reliable satisfaction to the crypto community.

5G will give a big impact to bitcoin as we depend on the internet for the use of it.
But what we need more is the type of transaction where we dont need to have any connection from the internet.
That will be the biggest technology we can ever have now!

5G will be far better than 4G downward, so, no one will say its evil to swatch to 5G phase. The speed will be appreciated and Bitcoiners will have another strange experience on the internet. But there will be several issues which will be found with our old equipment or devices.

It would definitely be beneficial to have such a speed in terms of downloading, but i’m not sure how it would benefit bitcoin itself since it doesn’t affect its adoption.

It helps because portable payment terminals can process the transactions quicker, especially when lightning networks is adopted everywhere

I'm really not against it. If it would help our future grow in the right direction, then why not give it a chance? speed could make a huge difference now. Although it might not be as useful as 4g for now, I'm sure some other things would benefit from it.

Irrespective of our opinions, 5G is coming within the next couple of years and we can expect faster speed like never before. However, it might or might not help Bitcoin and other crypto networks in order to improve the transaction speed. However, we can certainly expect improvement in multiple sectors out there such as long-distance surgery through multifunctioning communication devices. On the other hand, we can expect boost in IOT sector after the introduction of 5G.

In today's world of 3D, VR, smart, we already need a superfast internet at home and I am sure that in coming years appetite for bandwidth will be only growing.

I see concerns that 5G is too much and already faster as cable. I can only answer wait a few years and you will see 6G then 7,8 because the internet is all about speed, insane large volumes of data and problem with the safe transfer.

If the page doesn't open after a split of a second today we consider this as a bad user experience. A few years ago waiting even a few seconds for a page to open was totally normal especially when on the phone. Today I want to push a button and immediately see the page with the best content of course.

I think I want to say that we are the main reason that internet speeds are growing so fast.

is that going to work out well??? Is 5G evil or too much?

5G can't be good or evil. Grin
The faster the internet connection the better.Blockchain has other issues to be solved.
Quantum computers can be real threat to the blockchain(in the distant future),higher internet speed is not a threat.
Quantum computers probably would be a threat, but in the distant future, I believe that they wouldn't be a threat.

It would be much good for the Bitcoin transaction to have this 5G network. For now I see that it is now on its development. I am sure that sooner or later the 5G network will come to implement worldwidely. A much faster network like this will be like much more of the people.

I think we don't need 5g because 4g is enough as it gives you faster browsing and faster downloading.

Low-latency is said to be the most important feature of 5G from which AI will benefit. Huge mining farms already have exceptional quality Internet connection so that their blocks could be propagated faster in order to avoid chain split due to the same block being mined in similar amount of time. People who mine with GPUs will also benefit from it. Their shares will be sent to the mining pool much faster which seems to be a problem in less urbanized areas.

Innovation or upgrades isnt really bad at all if we can benefit much more faster connections way than before but as far as i remember, does 5G issue already resolved?

Yeh totally going to believe something from this nutcase:

I'm more concerned about 5g causing havoc on our brains and bodies.  There is no way we won't be heavily affected by these signals.

And you are basing your "no way" on facts like...?

You ever been to a shop that sells TV's. when you stand next to the wall of TVs i can just feel too much electricity. even with eyes closes you can feel too much electrical in the air.

Professor X might be searching for you...
So a wall of TV's at 100-200 W max each are too much for you but you're perfectly safe in a 120-240 kW tram or nearly 4 times as much in a subway car.

Going back with bitcoin & 5g. I dont see any significant correlation for it to affect bitcoin in terms of adoption.

When many countries are ready for 5G Development, my country still busy with optimization of 4G. Also, my 4G connection speed in my country almost the same as like 3.5G  Undecided
I think I should wait between 2-3 years for 5G coming into my country.
anyway, I don't think sure 5G really affect into Bitcoin. You only need a stable connection and good powerful mining hardware to produce Bitcoin...

No worries about that. I am sure that soon, your government will realize that they need to improve their internet connection to a better connection. I think with the 4G internet connection, you can use mining hardware to mining bitcoin and altcoin, but it's back to how big your hashrate to produce the bitcoin.

I think 5G will available in the developing country in this year and the next year, but bitcoin will be fine if we only used medium internet connection.

5G networks will be much faster than the current 4G. These 5G networks will be very beneficial for the crypto market, as we will take advantage of the high speeds for synchronization with the crypto market. Thus, the activities carried out on the crypto market will take less and the stress for the participants will be less. There is no threat to the high speed of the internet. On the contrary, it is beneficial for the blockchain.

5g I don't think it has an effect on bitcoin, in my country it's still with 4g but the connection for bitcoin is smooth and there are no obstacles

Block chain not only refers to the combination of cryptography principle, intelligent contract, consensus mechanism and other technologies, but also represents new governance models such as trust intermediary and TOKEN economy. It has the characteristics of decentralization, anonymity and untouchability. It solves the problems of Shuanghua and Byzantine General and is a recognized and credible governance structure.

Block chain achieves point-to-point transmission of value through technical means. In the de-centralized network, every user keeps the information of the whole network. The transmission, record and transaction of value should be confirmed by the whole network. The characteristics of de-play, non-tampering and traceability ensure the high value attribute of the block chain network. It is the best value-bearing system in the 5G era.

Having 5G with the Bitcoin will become an even more good thing to use. Well, the internet will be much faster in Bitcoin transaction. Also, I do think more people will be glad to have this 5G network which I see that is now on development.

As far as I know 5G also has bad impact to the environment, If am not fals, there are many birds die during 5G test. I am forget where I get the news so If I am fals please correct me. I think if 5G can make bitcoin transactions faster it will be good, but I don't really understand how 5G works.
